Kind Sir you done well. And the main thing you did; was to end your narrative with, "God bless". ❤it...and I will say this,; may Jesus (The only True God Almighty, there will ever be) bless you and yours always.
Is the same problem as gun powder 😊 You can't pack it in, air must circulate that how they came up with granulated gun powder. And now they sell wood pellets for smokers as in BBQ but sticks from the forest that have been seasoned works great but you must know what type of branches are nontoxic also burning compressed wood or processed wood is kind of iffy
Good video. Any update? I want to build one of these. I'd put the motor on the wheels though and leave one end open. And turn it much much much slower, in the single digit revolutions per hour range. I have never seen a composter that needs to spin that fast.
Very unsafe. When your engine dies you still have all that propaine shooting in your engine. Make shure you you are aware of that. I would invest in a low presure regulator that is made to shut off the propane when the engine dies or not running
Really great work Dennis. Do you have more detailed plans you would share? It's such a cool project and I'd love to make one, but I'm not sure how to connect the center drill rod, among other things.
I have an offgrid need to weld 1/4 rebar. I am wondering if 480w @ 24v buck converter "safely" attached to my running van is enough? My van running alternator (160amps) WHILE RUNNING feeds my oversized starter battery 12v 155AH deep cycle. FYI: I am current able to power 1500watt using a 2000 watt inverter with no issues to cook and power anything under 12amps. If so and reasonable, What rod would you recommend? Any way to isolate to protect my battery, alternator and van since effectively shorting my battery.
My local mains is 110V and 15A maximum limiting, This seems to be a viable welding alternative when I couldn't get 220V mains condition, But I'm still a little worried about whether the battery capacity is enough to support for welding current, or decreases the battery life.
Looks good the only issue is if the motor shuts down from overload or whatever, propane is still pumping into the carb fyi. That's why they use a vacuum regulator that opens the gas when the engine creates a vacuum in the regulator and shuts it off when the engine stops
I searched how to use a rocket stove and found you. I am sold my birthday is coming up and this is going to be my present to myseslf. Thank you for demonstrating how to use it properly.
