You are too Cute! The dress is FABULOUS on you! The TWIRL!😍 I didn’t realize you were in SF. I lived there over 20 years ago. I’d make myself walk home up a HUGE hill after work. (But not of it was raining)(or after dark😅) Yes. There are some big ass hills there! What did you use for editing since you said you found you liked doing it? Also, I am loving my treadmill! It’s been great the days I don’t get to the gym. Also, perfect for after I eat to lower normal insulin spikes.😉 Totally unsolicited but just FYI, you shouldn’t need to suffer from terrible PMS symptoms. I only learned about this WAY too late. A holistic hormone specialist should be able to help. I’m sharing this because WISH I knew about this when I was your age…😉 Unfortunately, our society just tell us it’s “normal” to suffer, bloat, cramp… Sorry if I over stepped. It just makes me angry that we all suffer/suffered and didn’t know we didn’t have to.( or at least considerably less)😊
The dress is amazing! So excited to wear it out. I started using da Vinci resolve to edit. The learning curve was def a little steep. So glad you like your treadmill! I like using it after meals as well 😆. Ugh yeah… I’ve heard that it’s “normal” from a few doctors now, but maybe I’ll ask a new one 😵💫

That’ll be too advanced for me!😅 Maybe a while after I get my toes wet for a while using something more basic.😜 I wish I knew then what I know about women’s health now. 🙄 When I was your age I was put on the pill for irregular periods and PMS. After all these years, many up to date doctors and female hormone specialists now believe that synthetic hormones are some of the worst things for us to put in our bodies! But I didn’t know that then. 😕 It all starts making sense when you age up… When you find the right one she/ he can potentially change your future health.❤️❤️❤️
