Just some random metal head/concert junkie. I've recently decided to start going to shows again since the pandemic and will be posting videos from every show.
The seats only cover half of the floor below that's all standing room. Plenty of room to mosh, I did the last time I saw them at this same venue. But I have a bad back so it is what it is, I'm not in my 20s anymore lol
man, i cant believe how tight this band is now live. Been a big fan of the studio albums, but you cant deny they were incredibly hit or miss live back in the day. Phil's singing is 10x better than what it used to be live and while i really enjoyed Oli's playing i can imagine it must be a calming feeling to have a guitarist in the band that can play everything note for note every single time

He was a little off on this song but the worst part for me, is the guitar player in the back doing a horrible job at harmonizing with him. Still loved it though
Mainer says, come to the Pavilion in Gilford, NH. Saw Jinjer there last year, BB most years, system sounds good, acoustics are great, only thing missing is ATR and my 2 tix 😂
They killed it, I didn't know how much I needed to see them live until I saw them live lol. I've been to a lot of different shows and this ranks very high on that list
The only thing I know is that he left for personal reason outside of the band. Probably wanted to just spend time at home, he's been playing since the late 80s with other bands
Man I am not the biggest ATR or rock fan in general but I just LOVE this song and it blows my mind that the live performance sounds no worse than the studio recording like 15 years ago!! Great job by musicians 🎉🎉🎉
Nice! Got Jinjer and Born of Osiris videos coming in October. It's been fun getting all these comments with other people who enjoy the same music. I don't have a lot of friends who like metal so this is my way of getting to talk about music with people :)
I saw ATR open for Volbeat in East Stroudsburg a few years ago... and really understood then, this band was freaking underrated. The composition....the way the music hits you. Divine! Love the old and new material. Always a fan of ATR.
these dudes are 50+ y/o and they still kicking it like they 30's or something, chad's fucking ripped too and he sounded great, like, damn. wishing them good health and everything so they can continue touring and maybe record a new album
This is such a great tour for them! Jason on lead, Anthony on drums and back to the OG heavy stuff with the new album. Plus Phil's voice being absolutely on point this year, I hope you have a great time!
Hell yeah! I first heard them on Guitar Hero 2 with Six but didn't fully get into them until the Overcome album came out that had this song on it. I had went and bought the CD at Best Buy and listened to it for months lol
Phil is one of those late 40’s early 50’s kinda guys that sure you COULD fight, but the first 30 seconds are gonna make you wonder if maybe you shouldn’t have. 😂.
