@Skyjuice70 This particular video was filmed in 2022 at that time the incentive from the builder included the gourmet kitchen of course as time goes on promotions and incentives change and even the market changes and with that what the builder offers a buyer also changes that is why it is always imperative to have a realtor who knows new construction sales and what the builders are offering ( such as most builders are offering to buy down the rate in 2024 ) to guide you through the current market and changes in said market so you can make a informative decision in your home buying process … also did I mention this video is from 2022 😂 Thanks for the comment and the view hopefully this response was helpful 😊
