I release a new full length fishing videos every week! Also, join the channel and support T Fish as I clean up the shoreline of areas I fish. I mainly fish from shore or in my kayak, and I always take any trash or recyclables with me on my way out. I love fishing for anything that will bite, including overlooked roughfish. Most of my fishing adventures are multi species trips with light tackle. I would love to travel all over the country to target every single fish species in United States, but for now I have a full time job, and most of my fishing adventures are centered in Wisconsin. I also keep track of the different fish species I've caught in my lifetime. My current number of fish (my lifelist) is 90 fish species caught. It'd be cool if you subscribe.
Nice content enjoyed your video I recently just started fishing light jigs I have 6”9 medium light spinning combo . I been using 3/16 oz bitsy bug jig i landed 1 lost two any advice on hooksets ? or should i start using medium spinning setup ?
I think your setup is fine. The biggest change I've noticed is when I use braid line with a fluorocarbon leader, I get much better hook up rates. If you're using mono, that stretch the line gives you on a hook set can work against you.
It was awesome! I can’t thank my buddy, Dave, enough for inviting my brother and I up there. I’m glad you enjoyed the video! I was a bit apprehensive about making such a long one
I’m ok using their hard baits like liplesses and walking baits, jerkbaits etc. but their soft plastics have no durability what so ever and that’s what makes using them so expensive. You will go buy let’s say 2 packs of bandito bugs for 12 bucks total and use all of em in about 2 days worth of fishing and there goes another 12 bucks so 24 bucks gone in a short amount of time. Me personally I like to use Zoom and rage as well as 6th sense more than anything when it comes to buying soft plastics. Lmk if you agree
Saw that close up of your reel after that bass and I knew it looked familiar. I purchased my first piscifun carbon x ii a few months ago and i absolutely love it. BTW spotted cow is the best beer known to man!
Great video! Some of those old ponds in the woods hold some nice fish, others have been fished out years ago I'm sure! I used to vacation up near Laona a couple decades ago and my dad and I would get his Jon boat into some smaller lakes and we had a blast!
The old map on the wall in the cabin we were at said "Nicolet State Forest" but I have since learned it is now called the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.
I wonder how many lakes/ponds in our state have goldfish. I know I saw one at a baitshop once that was caught in the Fox River in Green Bay. It was HUGE!!!
I'm always looking for new fishing spots here in Central Ontario. I can't believe I never thought about using a drone to help with that. Its so obvious but it never occurred to me. 😄
I really enjoyed the longer and more in depth video! It was nice to see more adventures along the way to get to/from the lakes you were fishing in. Seems like you need to get 'Steve the Beave"/' to knock it off with his dam building.
Sometimes. There wasn't any there that day. The winds have to be just right for a few days to put the cold water near shore during the summer. Then salmon will be around.
Man I hope to god your page gains traction and blows up. Nobody on RU-vid I would rather see it happen to, and you must be the coolest teacher in that school. Science teacher/ wrestling coach level of cool😂
Where was this fish caught? It appears to be a northern sunfish x bluegill but their range isnt very big. A pumpkinseed x bluegill wouldnt have as much white on its operculum flap (the flap on its gill cover). It is definitely a hybrid and one of the parent species is for sure bluegill. I think northern sunfish fits best for the other parent but it needs to be in range.
It's called a slinky weight. I make them myself. You take buckshot and stuff them in a paracord. You seal the ends off by burning the cord. I made a video about it somewhere, but it was a while ago. I bet you can buy some off of eBay or something. They don't get stuck in the rocks nearly as much as a normal sinker.
We almost got the quad of crying faces in this video (Jordan, Tobey, Van Der Beek, Bluey). That drone footage looked super sharp too, glad you were able to take it out!
I probably should have included sad Bluey. That stupid bass definitely missed more than three times! Also, that drone is so amazing. I'm really happy with how cool the footage looks from that.
