I just wanted to say that since I found this video 15 years ago, it has always had a place in my brain, and created a longing in me that I finally get to explore as I finally get the chance to learn. I hope to one day be as inspirational to another as this video has been to me. Thank you, fire spinning angel.

Nice video and nice sexy dancer as people commented. But she has no skill. If some dancer comes to our workshops after one day have better skill than her. I think she use large ring on finger. Better is some fixed system on finger. She controled string for half "performence" time it is big mistake. Where is that ilusion? Sorry for negative comment.
ok, your movements are beutifull but you've got no control pover the levistick! It's all the time more horizontal than vertical. That's dangerous!!! I'ts a firelevistick fom Salza, am I right? TO EVERYONE! Don't by this one! It's not balanced properly! I had the same and I couldn't work with it... Now I've got the firelevistick vom gora and this one works perfecty!
good performance, i make levisticks too, and i don´t like to think what is posible...i like to think what i like....and made a little stick with just one torch...is very nice...if you know how to take control!!!!
@palidances watch out for Berlin-Air-Wand-Levitation-Sticks on FB the pics and vids on the firewands may interest you. they all work. I intend to make ten more and create a balanced single-wicked wand by the end of January... if you're interested... I'd be honoured to make one for you as well.

You have a wonderful gracefulness to your Dance and you show a true envelopment to the dance you are performing. You don't come out and dance solely for the attention. You Dance for the pure enjoyment of just loosing yourself in your own art. Never stop loving to dance and never stop loving Poi.
just out of curiosity, is this the fire wand from bearclaw? I was gonna go with the trick concepts wand but it's not up on their site anymore, so I'm assuming they aren't selling it anymore, or they are making adjustments to them or something.. I've been looking for someone who's played with the bearclaw one, I need to get a second opinion..

I love your style =) This is ideal woman's poi style, with wonderful moves, and clean spinning... Nick is so happy guy =D And you chose beautiful music, fantastic for you :) I like the begin, when you spin slowly and move a lot, it really makes me happy :) Have you been doing some dance before you found poi?? (better question propably is; which dance U used to do before U found poi:)
@palidances Hahha... I've had it for so long and I still can't get it to be half as stable as my Salza one. Good luck! Meanwhile, try adding a cloth pouch or some kind of cover on the top end to simulate a fuel dipped wand. See how you go with that! Lemme know!
@MezzeFlame Yah... Prisna talked me into it :) While it frustrates me to no end, it does look really nice, and I imagine I'll get used to it with time though I really can't practice unless it's dipped due to the whole uneven-weight-distribution issue! This full fire wand sounds amazing! Keep me posted! <3
Heyy... so you decided to go with the Trick Concepts wand after all eh? Hahha! That one is impossible to handle on a long string, but still doable on a short string. Am chatting with a Berliner about a full fire wand, his prototypes are looking awesome, but there are still some stability issues. But my friend Fine and him are going to be housemates, and so I'm sure she will help him work out all stability kinks! Onward to full fire wands! Whweeeheee!
@He1iconia Thanks :) I borrowed this wand from Karen Ng. It's very light, and I think that's the source of the control problem. I'm now using a fire wand from Trick Concepts. It's much heavier but only has one wick, so it's inherently off-balance for part of the burn. There's no commercial wand currently available that's ideal, but I'll be sure to let you (and the rest of the world!) know when it makes its much-awaited appearance :) May flow be with you ;)
Wow, great job!! So graceful and enthusiastic. I've had the same levistick from Salza (in brass) for a couple years now and to be honest, I can't seem to control it very well. It falls to the side even when I haven't bumped it in any way (and yes, I can levistick quite well, so I'm starting to think it's the product...) Have you had trouble with yours? What are your thoughts/advice on making it work better?
Ah-hah! I see that you made use of the footage eh?! So sorry that so much of it was out of focus though... fast movement, and low light makes auto focusing a pain in the arse. Glad to see how much you've fallen in love with the Levi-stick. :) Great music too! Just added this video to my playlist for Flow wands. And also checkout my latest flow wand video. Yayyy... :)
never thought that someone uses this song for spinning, "gabriel" is such a beautiful one and your performance totaly suits to it, that´s very very impressive, surly it isn´t easy to perform on this one... Best wishes^^
