Well, the guy was usual size, cyborg lady is colossal. The song about it, I suppose. Maybe you should listen to new songs or at least pretend to listen to dir en grey for the first time, the same way you both were bobbing and moving your head the the literal rhythm to the song speaks loudly...and honestly annoyingly dumb most want to see others who never seen this not just others who pretend to not see it just for views, ive seen others who get introduced to this song and you both definitely don't have those qualities
The song itself is about Courtney fantasizing about killing her depression. The line about the chemicals can be taken one of two ways. 1) Referring to the chemical imbalance involved in depression. 2) Being in a toxic relationship with a person. Either way, they are both toxic situations to be in.

I live all their style's and live when they randomly bring out a heavy song. Makes it all the more worth it somehow
it's her husband that has passed some time ago. the heaviness at the end is her in the last stages of her disease. her passing away is shown by the change to softer music and shown by her reuniting with her husband that's passed and she's realizing that she has passed away.
