Thank you Ronda Long (any relation to Robert, Judy, Robert, Scott or Jonathan?) for taking care of Coldstream Creek ie; McCloud Run. I grew up on those creek banks, on those trails. I lived a couple blocks away on 29th Street, the red house next to deaf church. When my parents moved us kids into that home around 1971 (I was 6) the first thing I did was grab a cane pole and some worms, went exploring. Never caught anything but sure was fun! The creek was always ice cold. Moved on to BMX bikes and dirt bikes in later years. Me and my buddies (Dave and Jon Merrifield, Alex and Andy Wendt, the Hedja’s, Coppernol’s, we had a BMX track in the woods down at the J Avenue end, pretty much where the parking lot is. All woods back then of course! Built many “forts” in those woods, too. No RU-vid or Tiktoc back then, we made our own adventures, to be remembered by us alone and those few people we told. Great times always! Thanks again for keeping the dream alive!

The ban on diesel trucks is just the beginning and they will not stop until ALL fossil fuels are completely phased out of Kalifornia! While Kalifornia works on banning diesel turcks by 2035, it will start adding carbon taxes to gas and diesel fuels sold in this state above and beyond what it already has today. This will increase costs drastically especially for diesel trucks that may have two 150 gal saddle tanks on their rigs! This will translate into higher costs for everyone acros the country even if you do't live in Kalifornia!

Coach Bluder said she's gonna retire soon and pass the torch to coach J. She had a beautiful run and decided to retire on a high note. She did a fantastic job with all these girls. They are good players but they are also good kind funny human beings. She made sure that none of her players lost their personality and let them become a better version of themselves.
