Tyson and Mitch are what keeps Parker's operation running. He would be cooked without those two guys. From what the viewers see(and who knows how much that is) those two guys deal with 90% of the breakdowns 100% of the time. Parker is kept in the loop but he's not on the ground all the time. He has bigger, managerial things to do. Both of those guys, Mitch and Tyson are both great at their jobs. Both have big responsibilities, which I would not be comfortable with, and the deal with them very well. They both also seem to be top blokes.

I have to say, I did not like parker at first. Because of the way he spoke to his employes. He has matured fantastically and I now admire him. Also what he has endured to get to where he has. Well done Parker, keep up the good work
True, he was given his first mine by his grandpa. But it's still amazing to see what he's done in the past 13 years. Can't say he doesn't work extremely hard to continuously grow.
Tony beets was one guy that told Parker to drill and hooked him up with a driller his grandfather and Tony were very important to Parker's success. But Parker is a very smart guy and surrounded himself with the same hard working very skilled professionals and yeah I didn't like that guy or Hoffman but that's just me
