Looking nice. Productivity is important. Next thing is substrates can be print on. I prefer inkjet because of that. Better quality and wider range of substrates. White is super idea. No white - you cut whole branch of substrates. Wish you success with the press.
Is it possible to apply the white color on a previous print made in the four classic colors, to then apply this print by Heat Transfer process on dark colored plastic surfaces?
Not stable, if you are a short run printing company, this is not suitable for you as it claimed it is. Why it is not suitable for short run? Jus imagine a customer just order a 100pcs of business card with SPOT UV, you printed 4-5 sheets of A3+ and run the SPOT UV, end up 2 sheets or 4 sheets, some portion of the SPOT UV is out of range (1mm or ++), you need to repeat the process again by reprinting, lamination... This machine is mostly suitable for book cover SPOT UV only, those SPOT UV on larger graphic to have stable accuracy. We cannot say it cannot SPOT on small wording or graphic, it can, BUT NOT STABLE, one sheet over ok, but continuing sheet suddenly not ok, then suddenly back ok... ANOTHER BIG ISSUE is they only offer 10L ink, and expired within a year. When you got your ink, mostly is only 9-10 months expired. 10L ink is not suitable for short run production. There are still some other issues, I bought this machine in Malaysia for 3 years already, pay a huge price for it, the machine got many limitation, I can only concluded it is not stable for production
Toner-based printing/copying for graphic arts and photographic reproduction, should utilize toner with styrene composition, with its superior gloss finish, which also must be colorfast, and Artificial Intelligence to make devices suitable for walkup users.
Some customers want few features, others more, there needs to be a device that can offer both, apps that can be bought online, like phone apps, for power users, Artificial Intelligence driving them.
Automation is key to reducing human errors, freeing up time to concentrate on more important issues, especially where human lives depend on it, Artificial Intelligence is the only viable solution.
Research into copier design, has proven that to prevent the raft of usability, security, and environmental issues present in current devices, alienating most users, Artificial Intelligence must be implemented in future design.
Hoping to advance photocopier design to a new standard, I want to build a Self-guided photocopier, using Artificial Intelligence to make photocopying, a pleasure, not a nuisance.
Thinking globally is now very important for survival of any corporation, really enjoy KM MFD's they are the best available today, like to see further advancements to make them a real pleasure for nontechnical users, who make up the majority of clients - Artificial Intelligence can provide this experience.
