That is exactly why you don't hire unprofessional & undocumented labor workers, I only hire extremely highhhh professionals who have an amazinggggg resume, and recommendations and I also do my due diligence when hiring anyone to do any type of work on my house or on property.
I would neverrrrrrrrrrrr everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr do a fiberglass pool at alllll, just not for my family or I, but it's nice...I just hear that it comes with alot of issues owning a fiberglass pool.
the harsh reality is that you need to fill it up with water!you've got to keep it clear of algae.a woman who i knew down south,said that it took eleven hours just to fill a plastic paddling pool about four feet high and six feet long.to fill a large olympic swimming pool must take days!

You said what was good and what was not good so if you’re willing to give them points for the good stuff, I’m assuming you’re telling the truth on what is not so good I really appreciate your kind I have been to Jamaica eight times, but I’ve never stayed at that resort have stayed at the couples resorts and believe me if you want a five star plus experience stay at the couples resorts. You will not have any complaints at all ever.
Good idea that should hopefully help. Also, if you’re booking for now, hopefully it’s not as busy since it’s not peak season. I imagine it gets busier in the winter when people try to escape the cold

My fiance and I will be going in November for our honeymoon! thank you for this video… just a few questions. just confirming booking the impressions side we will automatically get a butler? do we have access to massages facials etc that’s included or that would be an additional charge? how long is the commute from airport to the resort? we haven’t done all inclusive before but every meal and drink no matter what we order is “included” and not out of our pocket? is tipping expected for the butler per service he would do for us? Hi! Omg so exciting, this is place is perfect for a honeymoon! Also congrats on the marriage! Yes, i believe all rooms on the Impression side get butlers. We booked the basic level room and got a butler. If you book a facial or anything at the spa that is an additional charge unless when you booked it said comes with free facial. Sometimes it may come with free hydrotherapy but likely not a facial. The commute was about 45 minutes. Book your transportation before getting there. You can book it through the hotel (costs extra) or separately. I used USA Transfers and it was cheaper. So most things are included but there are some extra you can add on like specialty restaurants. You’d have to book those separately so it’s hard to accidentally go to a place that’s out of pocket. And then there may be like a specialty wine menu but they’ll ask you if you want it. If you’re staying in like a suite or for 5 days, you get one of the specialty restaurants for free (Teodora) so make sure you ask about that restaurant if it applies to you. They’ll also send you an email beforehand with some of the extras you can pay for. We did none of these and had an amazing time and ate great food so don’t feel pressured.
As for tipping, it’s not really expected or pushed but appreciated. We aren’t heavy tippers in countries where that’s not necessarily the culture. If you use your butler a lot, a tip would be nice at the end or if you want to do a couple bucks as get help each time that’s fine but we didn’t feel the pressure or expectation. Some people tip a couple bucks with drinks and food but we definitely didn’t feel the pressure at all. For us, we do all-inclusive so we don’t have to think about money at all on the trip. Regardless we got great service!
@yourtwobiggestbills they moved it to a level three and we already bought tickets. I think we will still go as it's a private location but we shall see.
I have not tried to access it for a fee but when I was reading reviews, it seems like it’s possible. If you’re on Facebook there’s a Facebook group for Secrets Wild Orchid and that’s where I saw people mention it.
Just got back to the US from staying at Impression today and it feels like waking up from a dream. I also stayed at Finest Playa Mujeres a couple years ago and Impression beats Excellence/Finest in every category 5x. We had such a seamless, enjoyable experience and their staff was absolutely top notch. Also tried Teodoro and that had to be one of the coolest restaurant experiences we’ve ever had. Glad you guys had a similar experience!
Me and my fiancé went for our birthday last year . The only thing I hate is we didn’t take advantage of the rooftop on the impressions side . We were offered Teodoro as we had a a five night stay . We are thinking about going back for the honeymoon or secrets impression isla Mujeres ! Glad you enjoyed ! Great video !

@@yourtwobiggestbills Teodoro was a great experience! However to me it’s not worth the 250 per person if you do not have the 5 night stay . I wouldn’t go out of my way to do it again !
My husband and I are going in November and cannot wait! We went to Atelier Playa Mujeres in May to celebrate our one year anniversary. I'll just say, Impressions Moxche has competition, lol 😆. If you haven't tried Atelier yet, do it!! Best food and top quality drinks of any all-inclusive I've been to. Also the service was amazing there as well.

We have been Excellence loyal for over 15yrs.. had our honeymoon in 2004 in punta cana... and have been vacationing yearly at either ERC or EPM ... however, we have defected a few times to Atelier and various Secrets... heading back to Atelier in October... but will definitely try out Moxche ... the experience.. got to say Excellence has somewhat dropped down a notch... BUT , Coral in Playa will open in January 2025 .. supposed to be upscale Excellence.. we are booked for May!!! Enjoyed your video!

It looks like there are plenty of included activities such as: Snorkeling Bike tours Archery Paddle Board Tennis Classes: cocktails and dance Catamaran We are both pretty adventurous in nature. So excited for you! So we really didn’t so any of the activities, we’re probably the exact opposite of you and your fiancé lol , we just relaxed and hung out by the pool all day! I will say, our butler sent me the activities every morning and was super helpful if I had any questions. Next time, we’ll do better and try a couple out lol!
Omg, so excited for you! So we didn’t try the Spa at the resort although it looked amazing. A couple weeks before our stay, the concierge reached out and sent us all the spa details in case we wanted to book in advance. We ventured out and went off the resort for a spa just because it was cheaper. If you do decide to go off the resort, highly recommend Sol Spa by Prana! It had great reviews on Google and definitely didn’t disappoint!
Bed bugs! Oh wow, that is terrible! I’m glad you still somehow had a good time. We had a good time too but definitely shouldn’t be at the price point it is and definitely isn’t luxury.

Is that just for suites in preferred? We had preferred but not a suite and didn’t have a butler but maybe we just didn’t get a good butler and he/she never checked on us 🤷🏾♀️.
Butlers are only for swimouts,master suite or presidential suite, you can also pay around 150 per day if you are booked in preferred buildings.(also depends on availability)
Nothing luxury about this resort just got back May 21 2024. Overrated on all levels. They tried to charge my husband and I $335 per person to take us to the dunn waterfall, which is only $25 person to enter in. Thank God we build relationship as we travel in Jamaica all the time. Called an previous driver who only charged us $170 to take us their in an 2021 Audi ❤. We paid additional $500 for the Excellence club membership to only not be able to go too 3 restaurants due to my husband and not having a button up shirt. Are u serious we are on a vacation in the island not a damn regular place where we can purchase dress clothes of his liking. Rooms are spacious but the couches needs to be upgraded for sure. We stayed in building 6 and the rooms have a smell to it as well. The food portion are very small in all the restaurants so order more than one attire. Not to mention all good places closes at 1030pm but u can order room services. But the sports bar stay open until 1am 😂😂😂 backwards... Ppl be on social media platforms lying for likes and contents ... don't believe me go there and the resort property is big but the resort is very small ....plus this resort need some upgrade in my opinion to say they open up in 2018 and was closed 2019-2021 due to the pandemic. Lastly, when u have a complaint the workers treat u different as well.
We are looking at adding the same pool! Unfortunately the builder said we can’t fit the 40’ but they just came out with a 30’. How big is it to really swim if you lost 10’?
Will you be adding stairs or a hot tub that will take some of the space? Although our pool is a 35, with the stairs and then hot tub, it’s more like a 30 which has still definitely been enough room to swim for sure.
30' is plenty of space to swim for the average person. It's kind of an illusion when looking at videos and photos etc it doesn't look like much room, but it really is when you're in it. As they mentioned, just be aware if it's 30' total and there's large stairs or tanning ledge, hot tub etc that eats up total swim space. @brandongaronteam

I live in the Houston area and have just put in a pool. Your comments on the big mess and having to replace sprinklers, grass, dirt, etc. are spot on! I knew I would have to do that, and it was well explained from our pool company, but I never imagined the mess. Still happy I did the pool, but just prepared for the mess - especially if you get a lot of rain.
This makes 4 Ingredients: - 1 cup oats - 1 Banana - 2 eggs - 1/2 cup of milk - 1/2 tsp of baking soda - 1 tbsp of honey - chocolate chips - blueberries Directions *remember to preheat oven to 350 degrees* 1. Add all ingredients into blender except chocolate chips and blueberries (feel free to add a pinch of salt to bring out flavors) 2. Pour mixture into lightly greased ramekins until filled to about half 3. Add in a few blueberries and chocolate chips 4. Fill up the ramekins with the rest of the mixture 5. Top off with a few more blueberries and chocolate chips 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
Very cool! We just bought something similar and really wanna convert the tandem to be a gym as well! Curious how much it was to do? Did you add insulation for the winter months or add any hvac system?
