They don't mix the karkar oil with the chebe powder. The hair is first coated with the karkar oil. After they apply the oil they will apply the powder to the hair. The karkar oil is ment to hydrate the hair and the chebe powder locks in the moisture and strengthens the hair.

Braided rope! I do a lot of similar things recently (except i still use a detangling brush and comb, but only after finger detangling as thoroughly as possible). I still have trouble with comparing my hair with coarse and high density folks tho :/. That's gonna take some time to get over.
I realize that the same reason you started the fast was the same reason i started it. I just wanted to get back on track with God. I have some things i want and have questions, sure, but i keep thinking about other people and am just not interested in my self. I feel so at peace.

I managed to do one. Day two I was feeling week. On day three I had some strength and a lot energy. I told God even If he don't answer me I will still serve him. I battled with so much anxiety for the most of the fast until I had a break and realization that God will work things out. He is in control. Amen.
People, PEOPLE!!!! Listen to these testimonies and understand God wants you to fast and prayer. He loves us, deny your flesh and see the miracles happen. Pray for others as well during your fast, intercede. He loves us all and he works through us by glorifying him. God bless.
I am having this repeated urgy to embark on this 3 days fast. I am scared though. I have tried the 7 days fast but never 3 days straight with no food. I hope God comes true for me.
I do a treatment with eggs and olive oil too but I also add mayo, grape seed oil, onion oil, macadamia nut oil, MOTHERS ACV, honey. Put 3 plastic bags on and a dry towel and leave it in anywhere from an hour to overnight depending on my day and how late I start, my hair is thriving, very healthy. I have colored treated hair that’s why I do one every 2 weeks and I make sure I put in a leave in conditioner and seal in the moisture with my hair butter. Gotta make sure you keep it moisturized.
