This is a really cool speech. I don't know much about wrestling but I know a little about boxing and I think the same could be said for many boxers re footwork and working a really technically good jab.
Thanks, man. I've been learning jujitsu and I always look stupid in the clinch because I don't know much about this very basic grip fighting. This exactly the beginner level stuff I'm hoping to learn.
Every martial art needs some kind of footwork training like this. It will improve your lateral movements allowing your fake and change direction for a sudden attack.
