Everything about these policies points to making it easier for people to be classified as employees without taking into account that if you destroy the work there will be fewer and fewer employers to supply employees with jobs. These policies are wrecking balls as was proven companies like Vox. They trumpet protections of AB5 when it was signed and laid off hundreds of IC’s when they figured out what the law would do in real world terms.

I have L1B visa and my and my dependents i94 getting expired in coming 5 Aug 2024. I have valid visa till Sep 2026 and while coming to USA at the POE they given i94 based on my passport validity date not as per my visa .....any other options and suggestions apart from my applying with USCIS to get extended the i94 validity update?
