Do you have a better quality version of this? I'd do anything if you could reupload it in better quality.

A lot of people don't make their martians weird octopus people. And it's a shame too. Though not 100% accurate I like this intrepetation/design a lot.

Steve Johnson used the Kickstarter for Rubberhead Vol.2 to fund his book and land a book deal, but never gave the backers their copies of the book or other rewards. Steve stopped all contact with the backers and 5 years later, 502 people are still waiting for their copies that they collectively paid $70,000 usd for. Such a fraudulent act. Theft pure and simple.

Grew up in 60s & 70s loving his creations. Like Ray Harryhausen, Blaisdell's creations were the main draw of his movies. Both artists defined true magic on the screen. They showed the monsters where others did not. In film school, I searched for a make up artist/monster maker. Not being able to find one, I learned it myself and became one and was in great demand. To this day, on school tours, they say, "we even had some crazy guy with monsters chasing screaming women through out hallways here." So proud.

The could have been the greatest adaptation of the Wells story. Someone in Hollywood better pick this up and finish it with stop motion effects as a final love letter to Ray Harryhausen.

Someone in Hollywood ACTUALLY needs to direct and finish this movie concept with stop motion effects as a tribute and love letter to the late Ray Harryhausen.

I very vividly remember watching this when it aired -- we'd only had this newfangled 'cable tv' thingamajig for little while, and Livewire had become a favorite show on a favorite channel (Nickelodeon rocked SO much harder in the early years than it ever has since, you yung'uns don't know nuthin'! :) ). I was already a horror fanatic -- Hallowe'en and horror are in my DNA -- and I was already a Savini fan and knew this show was coming up so I made sure to be watching. It is really wonderful to see it again. It's amazing how much detail I can recall so well having last seen it over three decades ago (even the audience kid volunteer's name Chris). It was simply inspiring.
