You will never get a "blonde hair color on black hair" from a drug store box of hair color. The Toner just made you a darker Red/Orange Hair Color. Black Hair Needs to be Lifted to at Least a 8 -9 to go Blonde. You needed to BLEACH your Hair for the Toner to work. This was a good video. It looks great, I want my hair a nice blonde so if I buy creme nature light blonde and use a 40 developer. Like you did Do you think it will take better & go a nice blonde Colour not orange or something My hair virgin black at the moment. Maybe I should test abit of hair just to make sure.
