Is the EIR document used in the BIM Execution plan? It mentions the client’s requests in terms of specifications and desires for the project and the scope of the project, or does it mention the client’s requirements in terms of BIM only, meaning his requests for BIM management?

It's the first time I have heard someone speaking about standards in this way and whilst your angle sounds dramatic, so much of it is absolutely true and so sadly doesn't even make it near consciousness when discussed in a professional environment. All of these are craps. No matter how you polish it, what we want is two things, that are - let it be built and performed as specified； and not simply donate the money to Autodesk. what a shame that a united conspiracy to push BIM to the world.
