This tutorial is great. Thanks. Very detailed (unlike many of the official ivanit tutorials) but it did not work for me. I could see the setup.exe on the Client-PC and when I opened the destination path, it directed me to the correct directory but the client just remained in this state for hours. No installation process was visible, no restarts were happening, nothing. Also, I did not add any additional files to the distribution package (only the setup.exe of the extracted Windows-ISO directory), since the additional files did not get explained in this video. Are they necssarry? If so, where do I get them, where do I place them, how do I configure them?

Hi Craig, Do you have any video which can help me creating a request offering which would require user manager's approval and then it would automatically add the user with a specific role? e.g. Let's say a new service desk analyst join the organization and the new member raises a request for getting added with service desk analyst role. Then an approval should go to service desk manager and upon approval the member should get added with service desk analyst role. Is this achievable? Thanks in advance.
