Try going and seeing a few for yourself, if you can. A lot of them (like the one in this short) are made to be seen and experienced in person, not in photos or even video. Even better if you can talk to the artist/designer and ask them questions. If you're like me, you might not get super excited or blown away, but you might get an enriching personal experience and if you're lucky something to think about for a while, which is often the point more than the aesthetics.
Hey Bayley, sorry to address the elephant in the room, but this looks like mimicked symbolisms, copies of the 'Central Desert' Traditional Full Blood Artist, which belong to them. No authenticity, innovation, or uniqueness to what you have produced. Central Desert people, elders, and leaders to my knowledge didn't give permission to Victoria. I'm curious to know what your thoughts and responses are to this obvious observation.?
With respect, it seems like this artist is in a giant metaphysical hamster’s wheel … while seeking a true path way in life, yet the lure of the mushrooms keeps her from it.
Single Mom, Artist, Healer & Energy Shifter... Inspirational Indeed :) I LOVE YOUR ART. And I am moved by your strength... I really resonated with your SPIRIT. Blessings.
Thank you for explaining away this goofy myth. It's gone from Klimt making a joke about cats urinating on a few drawings he had lying around to it being his secret painting technique. Best wishes from Vermont 🍁
Such splendid portraiture! I love the black and white images against pops of colour and how it makes me feel about the meaning of skin colour, race, humanity.
Thank you for sharing. This was extremely thought provoking. A lot of gems said as Vexta analyzed the formula for finding their success. I love the level of awareness in their strategy. It does all come down to story telling and how well it connects with those who share the experience. I also of love the humility of Vexta by highlighting the element of right place right time that comes with it by working in "incidentals." This was inspiring in ways that words can not do justice. Appreciate you.🙏🏽🙏🏽
This was really cool and I love the artwork Bayley! This showed up very randomly for me so I will do my bit and make a comment here. Your artwork reminds me of 'spiritual' doodles my friends and I would do age 9-12 or so.
