Neha, You're doing good job for Awareness, I support you to took off abusive words against women called 'GALI'. but gali's are become part of life it becomes slang. If you suggest me any alternative of this gali, whenever I am frustrated, how we transform ourselves. Neha GALI's have very much energy we can't destroy them we can change the state of energy from one to another, So if You find out alternatives of GALI, then it's more effective in my opinion.

Frustration मे "Galli" देना बहुत common हैं, लेकिन एक गलत चीज़ को replace करने के लिए दूसरी की demand करना कैसे सही है। ऐसे भी लोग हैं जो रात दिन गाली देने वाले लोगो के बीच रहते हैं लेकिन खुद नहीं देते, तो ये सिर्फ़ एक बहाना है कि सब गाली देते हैं तो गाली देना एक आदत है। ये correct हैं हमारी ये आदत होती हैं हमे जब गुस्सा आता है तो हम frustration में harsh words बोलते हैं, हमारा target ही यहीं होता की सामने वाले को जितना बुरा लगा सकते हैं लगा ले,so I'd like to suggest you जब भी over raged हो तो frusuration में ऐसा करने से better हैं अकेले रहो, अपनें आपको busy रखो..... और जब over raged situation में ऐसा करना शुरू कर दोगे तो normal state of mind मे और better control कर पाओगे। Time lagega but change हो जायेगा, लेकिन ये तभी possible हैं जब आप ऐसा करने के लिए determined हैं।Hope you understand nd got your answer.
