hey i have really bad allergies that make my eyes puff up, but i have some tips! wet a rag with cold water and press it on your eyes, it'll help depuff and stop the itching. after a few minutes of that, put some eyedrops in. it won't be the end all be all, but it does help!
thank you! i actually did put in eyedrops mid way through, my eyes stopped inching after i was done with my makeup and had 10 minutes till i had to leave😂😂😂 basic makeup it was
lolol my tattoos and makeup have nothing to do with my work ethic at a "corporate" job which is why i have one but i work as a logistics planner on a corporate account if you must know. ☺️
Love the effort but would have to redirect you because yes simple sugar is gonna be worst but if you want to detoxify your liver then it's all carbs you're gonna have to limit (more precisely less than 50 g of carbs a day). Would advise a keto diet coupled with intermittent fasting two times per weel and HIIS two times per week as well to increase metabolism and help burn off all your fat.
Thats not the point of this challenge for me. Its about the excess amounts of sugars we eat a day and being cautious about it. Not over eating sugars. Carbs are good. Carbs are fuel!
@@HaywiredHailey oh well i thought your goal was weight loss i couldn't have known. But about carbs, fats have more energy than carbs, hence why your brain is made principaly of it. More than 50 g of carbs a day end up stored in your liver as fat anyway which just prevents T3 synthesis and thus slows down your metabolism. So, truly, forcing your metabolism into ketosis and fetoxifying your liver is the best way to go abt weight loss amd boosting your metabolism. But if that isn't your goal then i can't really say much as you know your situation better than me.
