Is that logic model, to see and ask peoples perspectives? Where they come from ( ideas ) and in what direction they archive what they have in the "Concept "?
Lack of TRUE LEADERSHIP from the TOP is the root cause of disharmony in the workplace. And now in 2022, EXCELLENCE and COMPETENCE have been discarded, so disharmony is even more of an issue in the workplace.
I liked the video because two things were clarified involved logic models being very helpful especially within any stage in an organization, as well as impact evaluations. Within the planning process forming a team is the first thing to do, who to work with because one person shouldn't have the whole planning or information just on them with no help. From watching the video I learned a few things.
a good way of implementing a program is making it interactive and having activities that go with it, also having a team rather than working individually gives you more points of view and ideas that you wouldn't normally have if working by yourself.
I like the video because it explained that when you're first making your plan, having a team or making a team is especially important. The logic model described clearly that there are necessary parts of your program. And when you have these other team members included, you're able to produce different parts of your program to make it comprehensive and complete.
High Ruth Knight, Is it allowed to follow the Logframe but starting by defining the impact, outcomes, output, then goal and activities? Thanks for the lessons

It is a good presentation but have a problem with you expression that "thanks, we are not in the Third World, we have food and water." Just look around, there are many people walking the streets of Sydney and Melbourne homeless and no food or water. Therefore, not all people in the so called developed world have their daily food or water. Their basic needs is still at physiological level. For your information, people in the third world at the level of your group that you are talking to have their basic needs met. Please do not generalize.
