Keep seager at short 100%. Mookie qualifies for a midget shortstop and we all know the difference between a midget , even with high fielding, compared to someone like Eli who is a giant and smothers everything near him
the santana/castillo boost it pretty usable it’s not as good cause of the santana nerf but people may still use it because the cards available for it are pretty good hopefully it’s not like last season where u only see the switch boost
My opinion is the Phillies hitter captain and pitcher captain is the meta. Hitters all get double boosts with Ashburn, Harper, Turner, Stott, Bohm, (wildcard) Rollins, Kruk, Realmuto, (Program Rewards)Castellanos, a few options non phi if you need otherwise fill in bench. Rotation you can use Wheeler, Suarez, Nola Bullpen (Captain)Dominguez, Strahm, Hoffman, Alvarado, etc
Edit: kershaw+devers looks ways stronger due to the added power to right. And its very easy to get at least Kershaw tier 2. even tier 3 is easier than last season. And ofcourse there are plenty of core cards + cards like trea below 75 defense now.
@@AdamSamuels my bad I meant Kershaw with Devers. Tons of cards at the start right now have below 75 defense and lefties are everywhere. Seager, Harper, Dunn, Soto, Trea and tons more get crazy power boosts.
Devers boost is terrible as it requires you to use garbage cards and have a team that literally cannot catch anything. Fine for rookie grinding but ass online against anyrbint running Castillo. Anyone who has babe Ruth coming into s2, the Castillo boost is the best and it isn’t even close. You get the best cards in the game currently without having to satisfy a dumb boost like devers that requires using Adam Dunn-like fielders at every position. Not to mention those cards tend to have horrendous vision and lower contact which will show its age as soon as you hit hall of fame. Having live series completed + Castillo boost literally makes it so that you will not have a legitimate upgrade to your team until 99s come out. Look at a card like live series boosted mookie betts, yordan, trout, judge, ohtani, none of these cards even without Castillo were going to be replaced anytime soon. With the boost it’s not even close. Arenado boost stack is completely unnecessary as he does in this video too because it requires you to give up a 99 wild card just to gain 10 power on 2 cards that are mid to begin with
@@cococock2418 you mean Judge with 72 fielding? Yordan with 52 fielding? And I'll work with seager who gets 2 boosts, Yordan who gets two boosts rather than just castillos boost. Or ketel,acuna, tucker, soto or harper who also qualify? And both the new and live series trea? Or corey seager? Trout and Mookie literally the only relevant LS cards that Devers doesnt boost. Ohtani gets the devers boost+kershaw. same with tucker, yordan and any other lefty. Ill trade a Castillo boost for Trout and Mookie for all those guys getting huge power boosts until im hitting 840. Plus devers alsone makes piazza a true monster and you just have way more options. Maybe have a look at your defensive stats before any paralells
Im definitely in the minority that I like the reset. They do have to fine tune some things. The miscommunication of starting with a wild card and unlocking three to now only unlocking three with fourth to be announced later is annoying
Foul balls are ABSURD this year, my first game of season 2, I had 28 pitches on my SP cause back to back batters were 12 and 13 pitches from foul balls

Restarting is so lame to someone who is a casual player. My team was already worse than everyone else’s there’s no need to restart me and leave me with silvers and golds 😒
I can’t help but feel like you should be a little ashamed of yourself for pushing this game onto the little kids and other people in general. I have a full-time job I put in 300 hours into this game playing team affinity mini seasons didn’t even get a boss pack. I have absolutely nothing to show for my time Because you’re a RU-vidr can afford to buy everything and doesn’t have a job doesn’t mean other people do.
He making a lot money from youtube views and twitch subs he force to only play this game cause his viewers only there for MLB content. This game worse game release ever now we need regrind again for 3 months then reset again definitely will lose a lot fans when NCCA football next month.
If anybody knows what to do when I try to use a season 2 card it says I have to use my wildcard on it so I have to use all core cards and 1 season 2 card
@@scotts6178 but I did and that really shows how terrible this game has been this year. I put in like 150 hours and didn't even make it to Kyle Seager on 1st reward path. Not wasting my time again.
