At ReDriven, we’ll be taking you through the pros and cons of a huge range of used cars to see how well they’re going now that they’re a few years old, have thousands of kilometres on the clock, and are coming toward the end of their warranty, or maybe don’t have one at all.
Plus, thanks to our resident mechanic, Jim, you’ll find out what commonly goes wrong with them and what might need to be fixed.
Most importantly, we want to make ReDriven a voice for the most in-the-know used car experts there are...you guys.. See, you’re the ones that actually buy, live with, love and sometimes unfortunately hate the cars we’ll be reviewing.
So we want to hear your thoughts. Hit us up in the comments, or on Instagram and Facebook.
We’d love nothing more than for you to give us as much feedback as possible, so we can make this channel the best it can be.
when i was looking into getting my first car a few months back, the 519 was one i was seriously considering. it wasn't what i ended up with, but i'd like to see a redriven video of it in future :)
He should shut up and step on and than talk am from Europe grow up with BMW,Mercedes, I love them but when I seat my HSV Maloo it's just Rumble in the jungle the power, the torque muscle car for ever and the European cars are not in this category
@@ReDriven But why replace perfectly good genuine factory Lexus wiper arms with inferior aftermarket products? $8 for OEM inserts is the answer. I get that Wipertech are paying you for advertising, but, respectfully, that is just bad advice to your viewers. Lexus wiper arms are engineered and sprung for that specific windshield. They aren't generic aftermarket "fit all" products.
Importantly, while we’re promoting them in a CT200 video, many, in fact most, people in the world don’t own a CT200 and if the OEM solution is better then aftermarket, then by all means buy them. But people own a variety of cars, with a wide spectrum of quality, some need just refills, some need a whole wiper arm replacement. If you’ve got a more economical option, fabulous, but our audience has varying needs which we’re attempting to cater to
My 650 I was a good car. At 79k miles it started leaking oil. BMW wanted 15k to replace the leaking seals. I traded the car for an Acura MDX. It was fun while it lasted.
My Audi avant from 2015 , no issues other than normal wear but worth mentioning to get Vag software . Means you can work on most things yourself such as parking brake release, forgced regen, error codes, recognizing third party replacement modules and turn on stuff that was in certain option packs. I enabled the power tailgate open and close from keyfob, side lights when turning etc . Software cost a lot less than the audi options
You’re Australian bro! This place is the king of making bank off their name! Euro just did it first. Everyone is out to make a buck. Mercedes just mastered it.
Thanks to this channel, I purchased a mint, low k’s 2015 pro_ceed GT Tech for $13000, two weeks ago. I’ve owned Porsche and SAAB, but this is THE best car by a mile. Totally unreal. Thanks for the the brilliant review. Great content and channel. Cheers Patrick H
Anyone noticed that the high beams are especially slow to react? Recline angle of the rear seats are a tad too upright.... And also somehow my left knee keeps hitting the center console...or is it just me...😅
100k for a dual cab Ute is fcuking crazy! It’s a Ute It’s a bloody Ute mate It’s meant to work and go off road not drive over gutters and be the tuff truck in the Coles carpark with a wanker for a driver or most likely Mrs Wanker. The gearbox is terrible and that little diesel is working very hard even on a dual lane road let alone a steep track. There are better dual cabs for off road use but the Raptor is best at city cruising and showing off it’s pretty (but nearly useless for a load ) rear suspension. So if you own one I recommend ceramic coating that rear suspension to free you of having to polish the springs and clean of the diff dust every month. Cheers
It doesn't match a $70k AUD German car. It exceeds most of them if you give it proper rubber! Talk UHP pure summer tires and you are set. My fave on the 6 was P Zero Neros
I have had one from 2020 I have no complaints at all it’s never missed a beat and is perfect for me, it’s not for boy racers it’s a good country utility car stick to your Vauxhall Astra’s
Loved the list. A 335i wagon I could live with. I have a sedan. I think the preventative maintenance on these is worth it for what they are capable of...if you are a car nut like me.
My 73 year old mother has the 2020 version base and I can say its a nice car, the only thing Ive found is that when at a stop if your turning and you gun it the ass end will slide out other than that it drives great
