Dennis Dixon was my god. He should have won the Heisman and Oregon should have won the Natty. It wasn't close. And then that awful injury. Saddest, most heartbreaking day of my sports fandom.
This why I don’t care for Oregon duck fans. They bandwagon fans they jump on trends. They jumped on Adams when he came from eastern Oregon only to call him a bum, they did the same thing to Anthony brown. They thought Bo nix was a god. They act like like Herbert was this great college QB(he was legit, but nothing great) but they forget how good Dennis Dixon was, or how massoli and akili smith could run thru DBs like a power backs. Or how akili smith could pin point a ball down the sideline like penix. I’ve always said akili smith Dennis Dixon and Marcus are the top 3 QBs in Oregon history. You can argue Joey, justin, massoli and Thomas were the next group. But Bo nix ain’t above those names
So, you figure that hundreds of thousands of Duck Fans are all the same? Well, all those Duck Fans don't care for you, nor do they care for your flawed analysis, nor do they like your 5th grade level writing skill.
Huskies are better in pac 12 play than oregon will ever dream to be , to damn bad the PAC 12 is gone 😂😂😂😂😂hilarious absolutely hilarious!!!!! How's that for you quack fanzzzzzz😂😂😂😂
what? You think we as Oregon fans somehow forgot or don't know who our players were? Of course we root for the current team but we don't forget years past. Get outta here man.

I was just a kid in Ohio at the time. but a huge college basketball fan. Greatly admired the excellence of the Wooden teams. CBB was still my favorite sport through the '80's (even us Big Ten types would be talking about a G Town/Syracuse the next day). The "one & done" era has destroyed this once great sport. Recently I looked at an All-American list from the '70's. I remember players from the Third Team! I looked at one from a couple of years ago. I didn't know 90% of them.
Im so Glad that they did mention Edgar Lacy when they announced the names of players that have passed away. Edgar was a good guy and a wonderful player
Funny how Thompson-Robinson's father is critiquing Head Coach Chip Kelly, He of Oregon Fame! -- and not the well-below-par QB play of his own son. Chile, pleeze lol Oregon/Kelly were winning long before m'boy Marcus (Mariota) took the helm at QB in Oregon. Get a life, Papa T-Robinson lol
