Hello everybody, my name is Zack Pipkin and this is my first RU-vid channel. I am 27 years old living in Mt. Dora, Florida about 1 hour north of Orlando. I work at a bike shop called Adrenaline Bike Works and this will be my 4th year riding bikes. My current bike is a 2023 Norco Sight Carbon Enduro bike and it is INCREDIBLE!! Follow me and all of my friends on our adventures as we travel the world exploring and sending the coolest, funnest, and gnarliest trails we can find! Hopefully we can make it out in one piece. If not, it'll sure be a hell of a way to go. Enjoy your time here and I hope these videos inspire you to go ride your own bike, or to look into getting one. Mountain Biking has changed my life and many others' lives and it can change yours too. Don't let anybody tell you that you can't do it. You are capable. Get out there and ride. #neverstopshredding
Thanks brother!! It’s a lesser known park in Boone. I think it gets overshadowed by Beech and Sugar but it’s free, always open, and super fun as you can see! I loved it, I’m sure you will too!!
@@nawowas8818 I surely need to leave it to the professionals - Nobody wants to watch an amateur like me bumble down blue Flow trails! Thanks for the support 🤟
@@mtbtube1948 I loved it, it was my first and only run, but if I went back and did it again, I would surely try to clear more of it!! Thanks for the comment and the support! 🤟
Hey there!! It depends what you mean by bike park. Jarrod's Place is the only shuttle access bike park in the state of Georgia. Meaning everywhere else you go, you have to pedal yourself to the top. If you're just looking for mountain bike trail systems, it looks like the closest one to you with good content is Chicopee Woods in Gainesville, GA. I've never been there myself but I have seen pictures and videos, and it looks pretty cool, especially for beginner and intermediate riders. A good website to use to look for trails is Trailforks.com. Happy shredding! 🤟
Also in Roswell, GA there is a smaller park called "Big Creek Park", and I HAVE been there. Size wise, it's a fairly small park but they have managed to squeeze in a TON of lines. The freeride area was my favorite section, which contained really fun downhill lines with jumps, drops, and rocks to play around on. Highly recommend it.
@@edkirk1351 They are definitely pretty big jumps!! But so smooth at the same time! The camera definitely does no justice!! The carpet one is at least 30 feet! Thanks bro miss shredding with you at Snowshoe
@@gloriousmtb Hell yeah, I'm gonna check it out. They just resurfaced Senior as we speak, when I was there in February it was chunked out pretty bad, had to just let her eat the berm and then one crank for the big booter. Next time we go for Kids Eat Free and a little Air Supply since it was closed this time around.
Great video Zach. Those trails look amazing and they seem to go on forever, which is awesome. I'm planning to make my first ride up from South Florida to ride Fire Mountain. I'm hoping my e-mountain bike will help get my big, old body up those climbs. Do you recommend any specific trails for a beginner, maybe intermediate, rider? Even the more difficult trails looks ridable as you could bipass the features? Thanks.
Hey there friend. Fire Mountain is the perfect place for a beginner or intermediate level rider looking for a good trail to warm up on. Every trail there has a moderate gradient, nothing exposed, very family friendly trail system. Ride everything there especially if you are on an E-bike, you should be able to make multiple climbs to the top and start with the green and work up to the blues!!
@@zackpipkinMTB thanks! This is very helpful and encouraging information. I can't wait to visit Fire Mountain. Any other emtb friendly places in the general area?
@@FloridaE-bikeAdventures Honestly there are a lot of places in Asheville that are “Non-E-Bike friendly” so I’m not sure. I know that both Kanuga and Ride Rock Creek are E-Bike friendly, I would highly recommend both of those places!
The trail is called Trace Ridge, and it's located in Pisgah National Forest which is just outside of Asheville, North Carolina! Definitely recommend this trail to anybody looking for a sweet downhill run!
GoPro does an incredible job of stabilizing footage… But also because the camera is attached to my helmet.. Which is on my head, my neck is providing a natural “gimbal” type set up. So it’s 2 stabilizations in one!!! I love it!! 😍❤️
On the chin guard of my full face helmet using a 3D printed mount from brain3d.com, he’s a local shredder who does printing for a living. Super cheap prices and good quality prints.
We almost die every time we get in our vehicles and drive. Moving 50mph+ in 3,000 lbs of steel. While nearly hitting people beside you. You come closer to dying this way, than what was shown in your video.
It is crazy to think about sometimes! We are desensitized to the dangers presented to us every day!! Life is short we need to make the best of it while we're here!! Shred on brother 🤟
Thanks for watching and commenting! While I didn’t technically almost die, one rock in the wrong spot could easily take you out, just something to think about…
awesome video zach! i live in jax, fl and went up to brevard last week to do pisgah and dupont and made a day trip to fire mtn. man the climb was hard for me to get to kessell lol. but it was a great time. thanks for the video!!
Hey thanks friend!! Fire Mountain is an awesome place to have long but chill climbs with super fun, fast, moderate downhills that anybody can enjoy! Having an ebike to tow you up those climbs helps a lot too!! Grab a GoPro and start recording some shots, you won’t regret it! Thanks for the comment!
@@zackpipkinMTB funny you mention that haha, because after this trip i started looking at action cams. at the very minimum it'll get me out riding more too! thanks again man!
Nice I just found your channel when you posted in the Orlando MTB FB group and it's so awesome to see you filming your MTB travels and adventures man it's definitely inspiring me to find time to ride mine
I love this comment so much!! This is EXACTLY why I've been filming my riding - To inspire others to get out and ride!! So happy to hear it's working!!
Yoo Grant!!! Are you the dude I rode with you and your father at Haw Ridge about a year or so ago?? A night ride? I just showed up and we were the only ones in the parking lot and you guys showed me around. Killer experience and I’ve always wanted to make it back to Haw!!! If so thank you so much!!
@@Grant_Martin Super rad to hear from you, and stoked that you saw my videos!! Tell your father I said hello and thank you both for showing me around, and inspiring me to be a better rider!! Hope to ride with you both again one day! 🤟
I know bro!! Funny story, when I was riding up to the drop to send it, I was thinking to myself "You're not going fast enough, you need another crank..." Good thing I didn't.
