A piece of advice from someone who is MGC: don’t forget that there are other councils besides ISC/panhellenic. There’s also NPHC and MGC for social Greek organizations. There are also academic and service oriented Greek organizations, so do your research!
Thank you for your interesting video - it's not just woman who get nervous in the gym. I can inetantly relate when you say you head for the treadmill for 20-30 minutes and then some abs exercises in the corner - that's my typical workout, but I love to have the confidence to use more equipment / weights!
If you feel self conscious at the gym and are comparing yourself to others, check out your city's community/rec centers! I workout exclusively at my city's rec center. It's rarely busy and it is mostly just older folks doing a morning gentle workout. And it is free!

People look at me when I'm at the gym but it's usually because I'm 40 years younger than most of them and they're surprised to see me. 😅 My area is mainly retired snowbirds and it's great.

Ever consider sprouting? It's super easy, nutritious, and cheap. I do broccoli sprouts for the anti-cancer nutrients. They don't taste great so I freeze them, blend and drink quickly. Other sprouts are good on salads and sandwiches.
