If you’re going to showcase a luxury property, at least use high-quality highly pixelated equipment. It makes no sense to show a luxury property and not give it the best viewing that it deserves. Please do better. If you need examples do referred to videos from Enes Yilmazer. Good luck!
Had this property had ‘views of the city’ instead of your neighbors having ‘views of you’ this might have sold for close to $100 million. But instead it’s on the market for $55 million and it still hasn’t sold.
Wow, what an incredible property! 44 Horizon Avenue in Venice is an absolute gem. I'm truly impressed by the modern design and attention to detail in every corner of this home. The open-concept layout and abundance of natural light make it feel so inviting and spacious. The outdoor living spaces are a dream come true - perfect for California's sunny days. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and the vibrant Venice community. I can't imagine a more perfect place to call home. This video has me dreaming of life at 44 Horizon Avenue!
❤Love the electrical utility pole with High-Voltage Power lines 10ft from the front door! What was the developer (Michael Mueller) thinking??? This house been on the market for sale for four years. It started out at $22 million. Now it’s down to $14 million.
Naming a luxury home for the one eyed wanderer is a bad idea unless the family that resides here are true believers. would you name a residence Jesus or Muhammad? a better idea would be "Nordic Dream" or equivalent. Odin the deity has many facets, however he is a war God and rootless wanderer it would be much better to have a small shrine in the entry way or back yard grove than to turn the whole house into temple of offering, this way a mocking family will not be turned into food for a hungry Norse God of War.
He has already recorded the tour, it just hasn't been uploaded yet... My guess is they're still editing it, I follow him on Instagram so I seen it on his story. I've been waiting for the video for a week and a half now.
@KEV12Moon Gotcha!! My bad... I didnt view the video &, actually, mistook it 2B a video of the ONIN house in Encino - same street; most likely same design / r.est bldr / development team.
Absolutely amazing home, you better get on board with contemporary design, or get left out. The days of a triangle roof are over. As much as I love this home, it just doesn't have those million dollar views.
