I think the issue here is money that older sister is very lazy and doesn't want to get up and do anything. I mean really why go to work when all you got to do is sit around and lay in a chair all day
This episode screams "Grey Gardens", a movie based on a real life adult woman (Edith Beale) who was dependent on her mother. Same character traits and mental state. The other daughter is also too dependent on her mother. It clearly shows by needing approval on what to do with the estate and her sister after her mother passes. Most of us would just accept the estate, sell the junk and use whatever money to pay for the sister's care.
I think mom could get a job, kids are not that young unless they have ones not on show. I know it’s gotta be hard if you never worked before but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
First off this lady looks like she is 70 years old like literally. Second of all no responsibility for what they did none typical drug addicts. They just want their kid for the money and they’ll probably get back on drugs and a kid is not upon in your sick game, they are a human being that deserves a decent life, which you cannot give them. The fact that she says I’m her mother is a pathetic statement. You’re not her mother you were her birth vessel and a terrible one at that. A mother is so many things and certainly not anything that has to do with getting pregnant and then thinking that you have ownership to this child after all you’ve done
They don’t deserve to see their daughter. They don’t deserve any contact with their daughter. How dare they feel? They could do what they did and have any rights to a child that poor baby did not deserve to be addicted to heroin and meth. It is their fault it is their choice. It was their choice and they’re despicable human beings.
Amanda is a strong and powerful woman! And don’t worry, those two demonic souls that created her will never be done with their karma. That monstrous guy and that worthless lady think it’s hard now, but God don’t like it when his young children are messed with.
CPS needs to take the kids away. This lady is exploiting her children for money on social media. She is the one that needs mental health and the father is just as bad for a vanishing his kids and moving away.
Seems to me she’s pulling the whole victim game big time with the daddy issue. It’s not like she was 13 and her dad walked out the door. She was a little kid many people grow up without a parent and do just fine but it’s OK to act like a psychopath and blame it all on the fact that your dad left. her mom was abused so it makes sense that she gives into her daughter because she is programmed to just make peace with the situation so it doesn’t get worse. I wish she would’ve got therapy right after her husband was out of the house and got family therapy.
Lori needs an apartment and a trust. Mom, who is so cool, needs to mom-up and throw poor little lori out to MAKE her be independent. Give her an apartment and a trust, Mom. I had to show tough love to my 15 yr old daughter, and she was angry... but she's 22 now and my best friend. She has thanked me multiple times for being such a good mom, and she still apologizes for how she treated me. My response is always along the lines of "you were a lost, dumb kid, and I know I wasn't perfect, but I couldn't let you slip any farther away, and we got through it. And I have always loved you, and you don't need to be sorry anymore. We are beyond that now!" This family is trying to protect him but it’s not working. He is truly very vulnerable which will lead him down the path of harm. He will either recognize this or he won’t.
Sign papers? In my generation we ran away from home and that was it! Our parents were glad to be rid of us LOL cuz they had another half a dozen at home to support. I left at 14 went to college was very successful moved across the country and my parents are very proud of me. Why are these parents trying to keep kids at home? Let them go out and find out what the world is all about
Poor girl. Her mother clearly did not raise her properly and she’s basically exploring her. She only gave her daughter two choices: to be put away in another foster home away from me or on Dr Phil where you can air out all your dirty laundry. I wish this girl all the best because she needs serious help. She’s endangering others especially at her school
