What about at the end of let’s call it a “project” how will they document it? In agile I think it would just probably be a retrospective but then again this seems different to each company. Like is this on confluence? The final documentation
Thanks Should have mentioned all hard & soft skills required, and how to develop business acumen, solving case studies, guestimates; making projects etc? Like others do?
Best explanation I've seen! I've been a business analyst for about a year and my role was never really defined for me by my bosses. But if I had to describe it, it'd be exactly this. In fact I've described my job as being a liaison between our business side folks and our IT folks.
Extremely helpful!!! I have one question here when we right Acceptance criteria you mentioned only one possibility and suppose "app user " did not enter valid credentials then how we will write it. Do we write another GIVEN WHEN THEN statement or only WHEN THEN we write again. Can you please clarify my this doubt.
Hi, It depends on the companies needs. Yes, there are some companies that will hire you with no experience or degrees. Now keep in mind that you won't start making a large amount of money. If you want to get paid more money, you will need to get a degree and certifications. There are different certifications as well, depending on the companies needs. Good luck.
I understand that you have to acquire all this skills to become a successful BA but in order to get all the skills is there any way to learn how to become more effective problem solver and be more analytical?
Your videos are fantastic! I recently secured a new role as a Business Analyst and was hoping you could create a video guiding users on utilizing Jira Agile and enhancing the workflow.
Hey this is a great video. I am a programming student. I want to go back to school and get my bachelor's degree. My question is or can a BA be the project manager or no?
Hey there! I just wanted to express my gratitude for all the effort you've been putting into your work. I've been watching all of your videos and they've been incredibly helpful. I'm aspiring to become a business analyst and your videos have been aiding me a great deal. Please continue to post more videos. Thank you!
