Very nice, Meghana. I like London for short visits. It's always interesting to see what you choose to eat and the places you went to. Best wishes from Edinburgh.
18:23 Palinka is like Russia's vodka? Really? :) "Pálinka is a traditional fruit spirit (or fruit brandy)", while "vodka is made by distilling liquid from fermented cereal grains and potatoes... Some modern brands use corn, sugar cane, fruits, honey, and maple sap as the base." (Wikipedia) I think, "modern" vodka is a bit like hungarian palinka. :)
Hi! I meant it in the sense that they’re both the traditional drinks of those specific countries, not so much about the way they’re prepared. :) thank you for letting me know though, learnt something new. :)
Probably. I think it’s also because of the settings I chose while editing. I will try to find ways to improve it in the future videos. For now, you can turn on subtitles. Hope that helps :)
Sorry for the bad audio quality while I was speaking, I just noticed. Will try to improve it from the next video. Hope you understood at least some of what I said. You can ask me if you have any specific questions. :)
Definitely experience and ambience > food but I liked the food as well. I had pasta, it was good. Not the best I had but good. It’s more for the experience I’d say.
Heeyyy meghana Absolutely loved your vidoes Literally binged on all your "day in a life" videos Also Why's your insta handle on private AND please do make videos related to PLAB and your whole journey of it
Hey! Thank you so much. :) Yes, I’ll definitely make those videos, they’re on my list. Stay tuned. Please send a request on Instagram, I’ll accept. :) I had recently changed it to private as I’m not using it as much now.
Yes, UK postgraduate degrees are recognised in India. There a bunch of reasons why I chose the UK but to put it simply, I wanted a better work life balance. :)
Foundation years are usually in the same trust as far as I know. I didn’t do mine in the UK, so I’m not entirely sure. But yes, of course you can do both foundation and training in the same city. It depends on your application, exam score and deaneries ranking.
That's a nice quaint little house you had and quite a lot of stuff, I hope you had help to move into your new house and also hope you find a company that keeps you wanting to come back home 😁
The only way to get me to clean a space is either knowing I'll be on camera or going full Marie Kondo and throwing away everything. I'll miss the "good vibes." Good job on some heavy adulting!
Hi Kirti! Sorry, I have only traveled with Wizz Air from the UK. So I’m not sure of India to Europe airlines. You could check skyscanner though, they show the best deals amongst all the airlines. Hope this helps!
Booked a group tour to Bratislava, Budapest, Hallstat, Salsburg, Innsbruck etc Hence watching all Vlogs related to these places. Thus notices your vlogs also. Subscribed. But a request to improve your audio clarity.
Vienna looks so beautiful. Specially the green house and the beautiful streets and cafes. This is the first time I'd be asking a doc to go see a doc. hope you do :)
