Thanks for highlighting the importance of surgery, resection or transplant both being the sole curative options in the management of hcc. All other options ie liver directed therapies and systemic treatment are palliative or at best as adjunct or to downstage prior to surgery. Just one question - after resection of HCC can the patient be treated with DAA to reduce recurrence?
