Been waiting for my local dealer to inform me of this product coming out. I've been waiting for over a year..... Seeing all the other boats that i'm in competition with in the charter industry locally having already purchased other companies motors and using them to have the upper hand I couldn't wait any longer. I ended up purchasing the Minnkota Riptide Instinct Quest......wish I would have been better informed.

One reason I use a Terrorva is the push button steering so I don't have to balance on one leg while I steer - just toe tap. Does this require the cable-like pedal to steer, or are there similar buttons?

I bought the ZR 60 inch. For my Ranger 621.. it is awsome!! Have to fine tune it a bit but the pedal and remote are light yrs ahead of what else is out there... money well spent
This system is a joke for any lithium set up. It was installed in my boat as part of a restoration by a specialty boat rigging company. I am a fishing guide and depend on my charging system daily. If you use your boat once every two weeks, maybe you could get by. Power Pole tech support told me that the power transfer feature is not valid with lithium yet no where in the sales material does it give you this fact.
I’m from the neighboring state of Mississippi. We would fish tournaments on the Tennessee Tombigbee waterway. It has locks and the water is raised and lowered for barge traffic. I fished in a 14’ Jon boat with a 25 Johnson. I could get into places that the other boat was in too shallow. I still, occasionally found myself on mud when they lowered the water. So I put an atv winch on it to move it.
