I'm sorry for late response but no. The stand doesn't grant cloning ability, rather opposite. Stand enable Eleven Men to merge with each other as defensive ability. I believe the stand doesn't grant teleportation either, it was just hiding in bodies, not teleporting. In short - stand enables 11 bros to be literally human matryoshka.

it all depends on the user of the stand, Formaggio uses his stand to hide himself from enemies and can wait for his victims to shrink down to a size non-threatening to him, it's a cleaver use of his stand. plus I think the stand design is cool, looks like a robotic monkey
I love how Echoes is a song about the origins of life, and Koichi's stand is all about that, it starts as a egg, the first form where life developed millions of years ago. Then it looks like a primitive creature, turning into a humanoid form as the final part of its evolution. Also, Echoes is about human communication and empathy, and Echoes is a sound-based stand.
