For a small candle like this about 4 hours-it will look like the wax set from the outside, inside might take longer. But don’t burn freshly made soy scented candles; they need to cure for 1-2 weeks for optimal results!
Does 365 days of watch hours stop counting after you apply for the YPP ? Lets say that I’m getting close to achieve 3K watch hours , does it lock those 3K watch hours till you get 4K watch hours ? Because you have 365 days to achieve those 4K , great video , thanks for the help
Thanks for watching! Well from the research I’ve done, apparently the 3k hours don’t get locked in. You still need to hit 4000 in 365 consecutive days to qualify for the monetized ad YPP. So for example, if you have 3500 hours and only a few days to reach 4K. Some of those hours will be lost if you don’t reach 4K in time :(
I already applied for 3k watch hour ypp.. and my current watch hour is 3850... Can I still apply for the 4k watch hour ypp so that i can earn from google ads? And how to apply if I already achieve my 4k watch hour?

I have seen other makers use cement! I’m not sure how plaster of Paris would set in the mold; but my guess is it would be similar to jesmonite! I might try it myself actually
No ideal temperature. It’s a bit of trail and error. You just have to keep whisking the wax until you reach the right consistency; not too runny and not too hard.
Looks amazing. After you start burning the candle do the soy wax you used on top stay colored throughout the whole candle burned to the bottom and how does the glitter react to being burned in the candle. Does the glitter give off a bad smell, does the glitter stay on top mostly where you placed the soy wax chips to create the galaxy colors or would I need to do this in layers to keep the effect so the colors don’t mix into the black wax which absorbs lighter colors very easily.

It depends where you’re from. I think in the States most people use Candle Science. I’m in Canada so I’ve been using fragrances from a few local suppliers.
