Mighty Oaks: three young men, from three countries, combining three part harmonies, resulting in one unique sound. The Berlin based indie-folk band comprised of Ian Hooper (US), Claudio Donzelli (Italy), and Craig Saunders (UK) writes honest, authentic and emotionally driven songs -- acoustic guitars and mandolins at the centre of their sound, layers of electric guitars creating space and depth, rounded off through solid bass lines and the heartbeat of a simple drum. The music sets the perfect scene for the lyrics, which often draw their inspiration from the Pacific Northwest, the birthplace of Hooper. Set amidst these wonderful landscapes come tales of love, loss and the beauty of all that surrounds.
Beautiful! Thx boys, love all of your music and songs. Was there from the beginning, that is so long ago... My favorite by far is Horsehead Bay, but with the instrumental part at the beginning. Saw it on veo many years ago and saved it, Its magic 🙏. I am so happy you are loved by so many people now 😊💕
I admit, I wasn't feeling this one at first when the initial video dropped. BUT ... I get it now. The more I listen, the more the message sinks in. Nice one!
if someone just doesn't like you, there is no need to tell them to go to hell or to die... I think this song conveys an evil message... instead we should pray that they may gain eyes to see (so they can start to at least understand, and maybe also like you). But cursing someone out of hating rejection is childish! Imagine, they rejected Jesus and sentenced him to death and still he asked the Father for forgiveness for them <---that's the true honorable way!
then come to Jesus. Jesus would never wish for anybody to go to hell.. why this evil? Pray for people to find heaven, even the ones who don't "like" you (if that's your biggest problem trying to make people like you then you should definitely start to look for a purpose in life)
