Thank you. My 2 year old Rottweiler loses her back leg in two days. I’m devastated by the cancer diagnosis at such a young age. I need to believe I’m doing the right thing.
These dogs look like the ones in the puppy mills run by the Amish. After seeing an hour long documentary on it I was outraged. The crates were stacked 3 or 4 on top of each other with urine and feces falling from cage to cage. Most dogs had NO water or food. There were dogs who had died and their bodies were not removed from the cages. Their vocal cords had been rendered useless by people shoving metal rods down their throats to ensure that they do not disturb their Amish neighbors. I will not buy anything associated with the Amish. They know members of their community run these mills and do nothing. For a God loving sect, they don’t love the animals He created. I have read they work their horses until they die in their harnesses or sell them for slaughter. Please don’t buy dogs from puppy mills. Most of them are heinous.
Sell it to the dog meat market vendors . In alot of countries b-4 dogs are Evan thought about being thrown into the streets , or woods , or MARS , they're sold to these dog meat market vendors , alleviating the ifinancial burden bestowed on the hypocritical no kill shelters where conditions are humongously deplorable , and ohs , cats survival diminishes tremendously , die to the fact that such a humongous tied of dogs ,vAnd cats makes it less food for a #of animals .
Unfortunately , in Asia dogs are eaten . After a few years , dogs overstay their welcome ; owners , and family members get bored of dog , and astutely sell to dog meat market vendors . The euphemistic , and hypocritical no kill shelters are just what they are , PHONIES ! Conditions are humongously deplorable , and quite a few die from neglect due to he financial overburdening , and vet costs , and not enough food be brought about on a plethora of unclaimed dogs that been unclaimed for @ lest 6 months . So , those dog, cat meat , market vendors know what their doing .

My 11 year old husky just lost his back leg due to an aggressive cancerous lump that couldn't be removed from his hock lower leg . It was a no brainer to save his life to stop it spreading through his body. Did all the scans/test to check it hadn't gong to lungs came back clear. He is 2 days post op and doing really well 💪. Sitting up standing slowly by himself and shuffling along. To see your doggo doing so well now you really did save his life and he is happy 😊. Dogs are such strong resilient beings. They just get on with it and adapt. 👍
I think a lot of us watch videos like this because we’re going through the same thing. Three days ago we agreed to adopt a foster dog named Pebbles. She is a seven month old Whipador, combination Whippet and Labrador. We knew that the first family that owned her had some sort of accident in the backyard, and at four months, Pebbles had a severe fracture of the right femur. They dropped her off at the Humane Society, who took three days to get her to a vet. The break was horrendous but for some reason they chose to have a doctor try to repair it. He obviously didn’t know what he was doing, because he put in a plate and six screws. Any competent orthopedic vet will tell you you don’t use a plate on a puppy because their bones are still growing. We took her to our vet to see if perhaps physical therapy or some other therapy would help. But they x-rayed her leg and the bone was split at an angle shattered and the plate was hanging off. God knows how Pebbles stood the pain, but she has the sweetest disposition of any dog I’ve ever seen. today we had her leg amputated. When she recovers over the next few weeks we know she will be much happier, and will be more energetic than she could ever have been with that useless limb. We plan on giving her the best life she possibly can have.
How is she doing? We ended up fostering a dog with the same leg missing as Bogart, with a similar story. Hit by a vehicle at 3 months old. Leg was clearly broken but no care was given to him. They surrendered him to our rescue and he came to us. He was so happy to have the leg gone. I hope your girl is healing well!
@@HeatherElizabetha She is doing great. Very happy, very agile and keeps up with all the others dogs at the dog park. We and Pebbles are lucky to have found each other.
Thank you, for helping my Aunt Carolyn but lets get the story straight about Keno. He was a stray dog that adopted her during a time when she needed an unconditional loving friend after the death of her husband. His name is Keno a four legged angel that needed her just as much as she needed him. Keno was living on the street and she took him in. Then someone drove into her fence she, and had no way of keeping him safe in the yard and she had to put a chain on him. She couldn't afford to have the fence fix. She loves him so,much she didnt want him to get hurt or ran over. He got out and some dogs attacked him and she found him and carried him home. Someone gave her a home made dog house which was better than nothing. Keno is her family and thanks to the help received he lives like a king. He's a movie star now!!🐶
Thank God for Nora. She saved Obie's life. ❤️ I pray the court didn't give Obie back to the original owners. They were asking for help with him. Basically (to me) not wanting to deal with him or his situation. When Obie became famous. He was making money from his transformation they spring into action wanting him back. When they didn't care before. Please tell me you got to keep Obie?
His previous owners were an elderly couple; from what I heard, they were put in assisted living. They could hardly take care of themselves, let alone a dog. It was a relative of theirs who got Obie to Nora.
