@SkaterOrnez nope. I've had no issues with disconnects. I'd say two times out of the couple years I've had it I will have to unplug the device and plug it back in at the start of a drive. The only other annoyance I have (and it may be car and phone specific) is that my phone will try to stay connected to the device for a minute after I leave the car (but am still in range, ie when it's in my garage). I don't remember this being an issue on my Edge ST but it definitely happens with my g70 all the time. My g70 may leave the usb powers powered slightly longer than the Edge which might be the reason. Either way, minor annoyance for so much benefit
Just picked up a 2024 Mazda CX-30 turbo premium plus with the red paint and all white interior. Walked out with the keys financing approx $26,000 Secured way under MSRP using a trade in with approx 5k positive equity and coming out of pocket for only TT&L. Came out financed from the credit union and left the dealer with a $380 payment Safe to say I am VERY happy with my purchase 🔥🔥
I watched other install videos: They got the mirror cover off easily by inserting a plastic pry tool in the seam down the middle and pushing sideways towards the side. E.g. the 2 halves press together towards the centre when closing
7800X3D here and with Ryzen Master, the curve optimizer mode, start optimizing isn't there. I have to go through advanced mode and manually tune the curve and hit validate. Did they remove this from the software or is it just not available with 7800X3D's?
Thank you for this. Every other video that I could find that showed removal of the mirror shroud made it look ridiculously easy. Many even showed taking it apart in the middle and then prying it down and apart. Doing this I almost destroyed the shroud in my brand new CX-30. I finally managed to get it apart, after watching your video, by getting the trim tool into the bottom left corner and prying to the left, to pop the rear post (I agree it's a stupid design) and the front tab out. After that the left side just separated and popped right off. Then taking the right off just took a pull. For interest's sake, it was a Blackvue DR970X, with additional rear facing camera, that I was installing.
3 months ??? The first picture was in january... The last pictures supposed to be in march or april... Crape myrtles don't bloom their flowers until late may or early june... Or even until july
I love my 24 G70 3.3t Sport Prestige AWD as well. Like you said it puts a smile on your face every time you start her up. My wish list is: 1) Ambient lighting. 2) Controller knob for the entertainment screen. Screen is a little too far for me to touch. 3) Full digital dash display with blind spot camera on both sides.
That trim cover is a PITA. I actually broke the one on my daughter's Mazda 3 and needed to go to the dealer to buy a replacement. Now I just bought another Mazda CX-30 for my other daughter so I need to do this all over again... I love the adapter. I ran the wire down the headliner to the side fuse box and tapped into a fuse. This is better.
When I disable CSM, there is no image on the computer, it stays on a black screen, it gets fixed by pressing and holding the button, turning it off and then on.
Hello, I am not sure if you are sponsored, but I purchased the 14-inch version of this with 8540u for $445 (I live in the UK, £345). The screen, sound, keyboard, and build are good, but the fan noise is unbearable. I am considering returning it and buying the 16" model 8840u, which costs $670 here, as I like the quality minus the fans, they are dealbreaker. Maybe it has better thermals with the bigger size for vents/fans etc. Could you please honestly tell me if the 16" model has loud or whiny fans that run under light loads? Additionally, do you know if the RAM is upgradable? I also noticed my powerbrick making high pitched noises and burning my fingers at the touch, literally. I have not experienced this before, with a laptop charger, hot ones sure, but not painfully so, I wonder if you had this issue (I bought new direct from Dell). Thank you very much.
@user-im8bv8po2w hey, I'm not sponsored at all. The fans on the 16 inch are not overly loud and I ran a test with the laptop on and somewhat discharged before plugging it in to get a better sense of the heat on the power supply. It was warm but not scalding. I have had laptops in the past that did have scalding hot power supplies. I think the 16 inch is a better built machine but I can't say fir certain as I haven't tried the 14 inch
@user-im8bv8po2w the 16 inch is a very powerful laptop. The only negative that I think it has is an average screen. 250 nits isn't that bright. It's fine for inside (and it is average brightness for a 5/600 dollar laptop). We got it for like 385 pre tax after all the discounts and at that price there really wasn't anything close. In the 6/700 dollar range (in the US at least) there are a lot of similarly spec'd options on the market so it becomes less clear cut of a choice. I don't know about the pricing where you are though. If 650 dollars is a cheap price for a laptop then I'd say the 16 inch is definitely worth it. But if that's more of an average price like it is here it's not as crazy good of a deal as what we got it for.
Sign up for the Dell newsletter it will take 30 minutes + to arrive. It's held in with snaps so it's gonna bend til it comes out, I'd recommend using the pry tools as long as can. The mazda is definitely up there with the most annoying shrouds to remove tho
i didn't know what that thing was and never installed it. my card just started disconnecting, hope I haven't damaged it beyond repair. been using like this since launch.
question. What do you mean by disconnecting? Mine just recently started going black screen for a second every couple minutes (when not gaming). I did just update my drivers for the first time in a while though so I wonder if the driver update is causing the issue if you're experiencing similar issues. I don't think the sag would cause that serious damage as long as you weren't pressing down on it or moving it a lot.
@@VanquishedAgain mine freezes (not black screen) and i have to restart the PC. I switch a lot between my 2k monitor and 4k tv via display settings, I don't know if the card likes transitioning between resolutions that often. I don't need to reposition the card or cables for the problem to go away, just reset button. I think it might be the new drivers, the problem started a week ago.
When I saw this in the theater, I knew immediately the movie was going to be fantastic. You can tell how proud Tom is of it and it's a nice touch. I've seen all of Cruise's movies and the man always delivers. It doesn't matter if it's action (Top Gun) Drama (Eyes Wide Shut, Magnolia), he's just so fun to watch and embodies all of the characters he portrays. He's always been a pleasure to watch and he goes the extra mile for his fans.
What if you knew beyond a doubt, what was going to happen tomorrow? What would you do? There's no easy answer for a guy who gets tomorrow's news today.
Just run it on eco unless you want to completely destroy your pc, I did the optimizing thing and it heated my cpu up to 97 degrees for no reason. Piece of garbage software, warns you about warranty yet tries to damage your cpu.
You may have been too aggressive. Either way the cpu will thermal throttle itself before any damage is done. I settled on a relatively tame -15 across all cores and have been running fully stable for years now
I noticed when using ryzen master that one of my cores was less stable than the rest. I had them up to -30 at one point but settled on a flat -15 because the one trouble core would sometimes cause kernel errors and lead to a shutdown
@@VanquishedAgain ????? I didn’t do anything, I did exactly what you did in the video. I wasn’t being aggressive, how would I be agrresive to a program that’s supposed to do it for you???
