Words can't express how much I respect and admire the brothers and sisters of consecrated life. I heard God's call too but it was already too late for me. But I trust Our Lord with all my heart and I ask humbly ask Him to make me His instrument wherever I go, in all my actions, to be sanctified through work and in everyday life.

Vatican II destroyed religious life. Modernism and enjoyment of life penetrated religious life. Convents became hotels because friars came to them just to eat and sleep. Apostolate robbed their spiritual conventual lives. No wonder since Vatican II most convents & monasteries lack vocations. Things are getting worse and worse. This is the closure of thousands of convents and monasteries worldwide.
