Hi BJJ community we are a dedicated Brazilian Jiu Jitsu channel focussing on both 'old school' Jiu Jitsu techniques and 'modern' Jiu Jitsu. There will be content for all levels from White Belt to Black Belt and we also plan on having a Junior section.
Our Head Coach is Kevin Hall who has been training BJJ for 14 years. He is a 1st Degree Black Belt under Yuki Nakai and Jeff Lawson.
We hope to also provide content from other Grapple Lab coaches and Lab visitors.

i am from vietnam. currently white belt, two stripes. tonight i also learned how to attack from the KOB position by controlling the lap and hips. those techniques include baseball choke, cross choke and brabo choke
White belt (2 stripes) here - That Pena Choke is nice, I'm finding there's a whole new world out there when you start using (or having to defend) the untucked parts of the Gi! I tend to find myself taking the back often (not sure why, exactly) so I can't wait to try this one, thanks for sharing!
