NS4000, 4O01, 4002, 4003, 4004, 4005, 8520, CMQ1002, and 1006 are freeware items. The rollingstock, NS ES44AC's, and the NS D9-40CW's are items that you can buy in game. The Rochelle, IL route is a freeware item. Sherman Hill, Marias Pass, Arizona Divide, The Racetrack Aurora - Chicago Route, Pacific Surfliner, and Horseshoe Curve routes are all available separately. The airplanes come with the Stevens Pass route which is available seperately.
The CSXT Sticker, & YN3 C40-8W's, the BNSF H2, H3, and fakebonnet C40-8W's, and the patched CR C40-8's are freeware items, while the ATSF C40-8W, B40-8W, and the Amtrak Phase 3 P32-8BWH, and rolling stock are from the Raton Pass route, the C39-8's are available separately. The Rochelle Railroad Park route is a freeware item. The well cars, and automax cars are freeware items.
The UP Big Boy, the patched SPs, and UP SD70M 4015 don't come with the route. The rolling stock comes with the UP-Challenger pack (available separately), while the patched SP C44-9W, AC4400CW, and SD70M are freeware items. The UP Big Boy is available separately.

The NS OLS D9-44CW, the BNSF 25th anniversary ES44AC's, the woodchip hopper, and the BNSF pipe flatcars don't come with the route. The blue woodchip hopper, and the BNSF pipe flatcars come with the BNSF ES44DC Add-On (Available separately), while the NS OLS D9-44CW, & the BNSF 25th anniversary ES44AC's are freeware items.
The CSXT YN3, and sticker CW40-8's(C40-8W's, or Dash 8-40CW's) don't come with the route. The well cars, and TOFC's also don't come with the route, as these are freeware items.
By any chance did you happen to get the train symbol? The vehicles are brand new Joint Light Tactical Vehicles (JLTV) built by Oshkosh in WI and interchanged to UP @ Janesville, WI. These are replacing the Hummer in about 75% of their roles within the US military.

The KCS, & BNSF SD70MAC's don't come with the route as they are freeware locomotives. The well cars, & TOFC's don't come with the route, as they are freeware items. The BNSF ES44DC's come with the route.
The route used is a freeware route. The CNW heritage unit, the UP SD70ACe's, & the BNSF H2 ES44DC can be bought from the steam store. The golden swoosh, & the patched SP C44-9W is a freeware item. The rolling stock if from Stevens Pass route, BNSF ES44DC add on, Donners Pass route.
