Crazy you found an urban 1bed with a door and closet. Most are just a space with room for a bed and no closet with three sliding doors. I wonder what building you are in as SLU is not affordable. Most of the buildings are around 2,800 for that unit from what I saw when I lived down there.
Not sure if anyone said this yet but the fan in your bedroom is called a whole-house fan. It’s to draw fresh air in through the trickle vents around your window frames by creating negative pressure. It’s blowing air OUT, not in. That’s why you don’t feel it “doing anything”. Also those vents should pretty much be open all the time, even winter. Especially so.
Those self raising desk are a hoax. You can buy better gear with a quarter of the money by buying the legs independently and pick your top. Nice setup!
Interesting, still quite a bit of money for basically a concrete box, I think the one big Takeaway from this is you would have to be making 6 to $7000 a month to live in Seattle nicely

hey nice build, maybe consider flipping your fans to exhaust so it pulls fresh air into the case through the side vents and into your components for much better temps. optimum tech has done some good videos explaing how negative pressure is best for these itx sandwich cases. cheers
Wow, did you just say you glued the holders to the backslash. I'm a maintenance supervisor at these type of mid-rise buildings. I don't think you know the type of damage you can cause from glue on those backsplashes. Oh man, that's going to be a heavy charge at moveout, especially cause you have this video admitting you put glue on the backsplash. This video is 8 months old. you have a few more months before your lease is up. Hopefully you have good renters insurance. Good luck.

The design of the Aeron has actually changed quite a bit.You’re using the classic and the newer remastered version feels very different to sit in. They look almost identical, but feel much different.
Does the Black Ridge properly fit on this motherboard? Never seen anyone use this combo of cooler and mobo before, always thought it couldn't fit cause of the motherboards heatsink?
How are your temps on this if you don't mind me asking. I'm trying to build something similar in the near future and would like some points of reference.
I am curious as to why you didnt give more room to the motherboard so you can mount a slim 120mm fan on top of the cooler. Your gpu can afford to move 1 slot closer to the side panel.
I just built in the T1 with a EVGA 2080 super black and I think I placed the bar in the 2 slot config but there is still a gap. It's just a giant pain in the ass to go back at this point.
@@rickyism1576I feel you. I have the opposite problem. Tried to put my old gpu in, thinking it was a 2 slot but turned out it is 2.25, so I didn't bother with disassembly and went with the igpu😂
