My concept for Portal 3 would be that the companion cube that actually can speak would Tell chell about Doug Rattman so chell returns to aperture to save him but then GLaDOS finds her and tells her that if she helps her test this new concept (time Portals, but they only Work in the test chambers) she lets her go with whatever she came here for, but then a Virus takes control of the facility so chell helps GLaDOS get rid of it (this would be the main part of the game) but they realise that the Virus destroyed the facilitys Systems to much and its all crashing down so GLaDOS holds aperture together therefore sacrifising herself while chell escapes aperture while it breaks down this segment would be the finale and it would be symilar to the one Parcour Part in aperture tag with the 1 min timer . Also chell will find out doug Rattman died him being her adoptiv father
they were apparently voiced by wheatley's temp voice actor richard lord, these were presumably recycled clips from a directed design experiment called "two bots one wrench"
here are some common misconseptions about the portal device: 1- the black hole is not for the portals, it is an energy source. you might say "but mineguy1234, blackholes are theorized to be able to create wormholes arent they" 2- the portals arent wormholes. wormholes are just a theory. the portals in portal which is what the games get their names from, are quantum tunnels. the name of the "portal gun" is the "handheld quantum tunneling device" 3-moon rocks arent probably required for portals. old aperture has portalable walls before cave bought all those moon rocks and became deathly ill. they can be placed on asbestos.(note that this is just speculation on my part, might be true tho. there are portalable walls in the first part of The Fall) moon rocks are just better. asbestos is a hell to work with. and you cant just ground it up and mix it into a gel.
@@Huntergoldgames i learnt the quantum funneling thing from an actual scientist on youtube reacting to The Science of from game theory. forgor the name but you can look it up. also, i dont know a website but i mean fandom is an option, an option i advise you to not to take. but i just get my info from youtube and sometimes my adhd brain just thinks something and i just go into a rabbit hole. if you wonder something, google it. you might not get your answer but you might get something more. some thing unanticipated
And during portal2 development the design for Wheatley was as quoted "we needed this guy to mimic the exact form of arrogance and pure stupidity so well even in the beginning people would think hes an idiot." And boy did it work 😂

I think if they did the thing with the glass being off from the original series where he had multiple abilities at once could work well with this game.
