100% I live in phoenix and sometimes when I supercharge my AC to the cabin completely shuts off! I got my model 3 at 45k miles and had to super charge in phoenix for 2 months until I moved into my house. This was dead of the summer 115+ temps every day. Monitoring my Tessie app I noticed it go from 8% degradation to 13.8 in less than 5k miles. My AC was barely keeping up and I was miserable and almost regretting my purchase. A buddy of mine who is an engineer at Tesla told me to come over today and he would help me clean the radiator. The radiator was filthy with caked on debris and leaves and feathers. After vacuuming and hitting it with compressed air multiple times and washing it with foam soap and water my drive home was the first time my AC was freezing cold. I was so shocked this isn’t apart of preventative maintenance 😅
Is there a way to enable / disable the auto max? It seems to engage automatically in city limits and change into "max actual speed" mode when I'm in the freeway... In my experience, the auto seems to go WAY fast in certain areas (e.g. tried to go 50 in a school zone) so I want to be able to set the max speed myself at ANY time. Is there a toggle I can use for this?
When I first started this video I immediately thought that Amy was Mary Ann from My Tesla Model X Journey ( RU-vid ) , Mary Ann and her husband has a had a 2018 Model X the same color and have videos everyday since they purchased it of their family and Tesla lifestyle.
It’s so much better for the environment when people just keep buying new ones at 100k then having manufacturers make regular cars that could last 1 million miles
batteries don't last forever. I love how these days they warn you "don't over charge them, that will decrease battery life and don't let them drop under 20% that will decrease battery life" lol
@@MrMatt1120290,000 is not unheard of at all. We live in a throw away society so people always upgrade. We were taught that once it hit 100k it’s useless. We were taught that by people who drove their cars until the wheels fell off too lol
My 2023 model 3 makes a similar sound. I took it in and Tesla stated it was normal. It's ridiculous that when I sit at a light in my electric car, that it is louder than the diesel truck next to me. Even worse that Tesla refuses to fix under warranty.
Check for warranty first. Then add some oil and refrigerant charge see if this fixes it. A pin hole leak will lose all the oil first then the gas. When unit gets recharged they don't. Add compressor oil. You need a. Compressor and a proper recharge with oil added
Bro has never been down a dusty mountain road in that thing because there's no chargers in the woods😂 I would hate to be confined to city driving my entire life
There's no gas stations in the woods as well @@Ha-42. Stop crying, I love my gas cars as well but don't put it upon him. Tesla's are still cool, just not for everyone
@@itzspiro6047 that's simply not true, there's tons of gas stations in the woods. You gotta get out more. They usually cost way more than town pumps, but it's better than being stranded
