I don't go to this match but I know people that do and I the honest didn't even realize it was going on this week thanks for the video like to see some of the results and a roster of the shooters if you can get a snapshot of the page. thanks again.
Benchrest shooting is the biggest fucking joke in the world all you're doing is putting the gun in a vise and putting the crosshairs on the Target and using a toothpick to pull the trigger any idiot can do that try standing up with iron sights assholes
Enjoyed seeing how one of these is made. Would appreciate a view of the innerds, that is, the rifleing. That manufacture of the lands and grooves has always fascinated me.

Thank you for sharing the behind the scenes look at how these excellent barrels are made. As I expected, it's a great combination of CNC machining and hand crafted attention to detail. The fussiness shows in the performance of the finished product.
Forgot to add that the front rst must also NOT be clamped in any way. You can have a flat surface to slide the rifle each way . You can imagine that it takes a while to set-up your feet, seating height and hand/arm position. WE also try not to de-shoulder the rifle in a session, therefore we have to set up the ammo in a position where our eye doesn't leave the scope and we "feel" for the ammo in the same place . Its all in ther breathing and relaxation . My club rifle barrel also moves with the heat until 7 rounds are pit through it to sight in. then I have about 5-7 seconds between shots to ensure consistency.
