Majority of the charismatic church is preterist? Not in the south.

The truth is that a Christian with fidelity to both the Hebrew and Christian scriptures who are led by the Holy Spirit with a complete knowledge of American Church history can vote for either Harris or Trump with a clear conscience toward God. The majority of scholars and theologians would agree on this point. In a time where biblical illiteracy in the American Church is at an all-time low and the lack of the fruit of the Spirit is at an all-time high, it is a dereliction of duty on the part of any practitioner of the fivefold ministry to miss an opportunity to state as much. There is not one single evil in this country(sexual immorality, lust, greed, impurity, evil desire, idolatry, etc.) that is not mirrored equally in the American Church. We could cut the abortion in America in half tomorrow if those in the church stopped. Same goes for divorces, sexual assaults and embezzlement. The early church's reputation to the outside world was one of generosity and hospitality. What is the American Church known for? Jesus said in John 13 that the world would know that we are His followers by our love for each other. There is absolutely no support in the Bible for others telling us how to vote. I firmly believe if church leaders teach us how to love they won't have to be concerned about how we vote. Stop telling us how to think and teach us how to faithfully live as followers of Jesus. The early church COULDN'T vote but turned their world upside down. Brian is a manipulator and a spiritual abuser. Anyone who rightly divides the Word of truth knows that tone. You don't need discernment to see that. Aaron believes that allowing Brian to say what he said in the way he said it alleviates his obligation to instruct his audience of their freedom in Christ to act as they are led and not as they are told.. They are both biblically responsible for their words. And God is watching. God have mercy on the American Church.

@@BenjaminSaffold No, the majority of scholars and theologians would not agree that you can vote for either candidate with a clear conscience. Nice try with the sweeping statement though. And the early church took many forms. I suggest actually reading church history. Read the early church fathers that were actually discipled by the Apostles. Look at Constantine when he declared Christianity the state religion of Rome. Look at the Reformation in Germany with Luther, Geneva with Calvin, and Scotland with Knox. And lastly, Brian is a man of God that loves his family, the church, and his country. You can disagree without slandering my guests or myself. You will be responsible to God for those words.

@@theaaronrunningpodcast I take responsibility as we all should. I stand by my words and the love behind them. Apostle Paul goes even further in his words for those who divide the church with such false teachings. A diverse review of theologians who specialize studies of the early church would be unanimous. There was no love in Brian's words. Believe it or not, his words in your video are as slanderous to brothers and sisters he does not know as you have characterized mine to be. He slandered the people of God whom he disagrees with your complicity and it seems not to prick your heart. This is the reason for my tone. It is quite simply dangerous. Divisiveness is the number one tool of God's enemies. It directly curses at the prayer Jesus prayer for us in John 17. No one intimate with the words, the life and way of Jesus would speak in the manner which you both do. No one. I have watched each of the videos that I have commented on to give your point of view a clear hearing. I love you and I sincerely believe that you are doing a harm to the Body of Christ with your politics. My comments are matching tone for tone. I pray that you would examine yourself to see if there is any merit in my critique(regardless of how you feel about my delivery) as I commit to do with yours. Blessings Brother...

@@theaaronrunningpodcast A national conviction to which I confess... Our Confession of Evangelical Conviction In this moment of social conflict and political division, we confess the following Christian convictions: ONE: We give our allegiance to Jesus Christ alone. We affirm that Jesus Christ is God's Son and the only head of the Church (Colossians 1:18). No political ideology or earthly authority can claim the authority that belongs to Christ (Philippians 2:9-11). We reaffirm our dedication to his Gospel which stands apart from any partisan agenda. God is clear that he will not share his glory with any other (Isaiah 42:8). Our worship belongs to him alone (Exodus 20:3-4), because our true hope is not in any party, leader, movement, or nation, but in the promise of Christ's return when he will renew the world and reign over all things (1 Corinthians 15:24-28). We reject the false teaching that anyone other than Jesus Christ has been anointed by God as our Savior, or that a Christian's loyalty should belong to any political party. We reject any message that promotes devotion to a human leader or that wraps divine worship around partisanship. TWO: We will lead with love not fear. We affirm that God's saving power revealed in Jesus is motived by his love for the world and not anger (John 3:16). Because God has lavished his love upon us, we can love others (1 John 4:19). We acknowledge that this world is full of injustice and pain, but we are not afraid because Jesus Christ has promised to never abandon us (John 16:33). Unlike the false security promised by political idolatry and its messengers, the perfect love of God drives away all fear (1 John 4:18). Therefore, we do not employ fear, anger, or terror as we engage in our mission, but instead we follow the more excellent way of Jesus which is love (1 Corinthians 12:31-13:13). We reject the stoking of fears and the use of threats as an illegitimate form of godly motivation, and we repudiate the use of violence to achieve political goals as incongruent with the way of Christ. THREE: We submit to the truth of Scripture. We affirm that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, authoritative for faith and practice (2 Timothy 3:16-17). We commit to interpreting and applying Scripture faithfully, guided by the Holy Spirit, for the building up of Christ's people and the blessing of his world (John 16:13). We believe any true word of prophecy must align with the teachings of Scripture and the character of Jesus (1 John 4:1-3). Likewise, to lie about others, including political opponents, is a sin (Exodus 20:16). Therefore, we commit to speaking the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15), knowing deception dishonors God and harms the reputation of his Church. We reject the misuse of holy Scripture to sanction a single political agenda, provoke hatred, or sow social divisions, and we believe that using God's name to promote misinformation or lies for personal or political gain is bearing his name in vain (Exodus 20:7). FOUR: We believe the Gospel heals every worldly division. We affirm the unity of all believers in Jesus Christ (Galatians 3:28), and that through his sacrificial death on the cross, he has removed the barriers that divide us (Ephesians 2:14-18), making people from every nation, tribe, people, and language into one new family (Revelation 7:9). We are called to be peacemakers (Matthew 5:9), and the counter-cultural unity of the Church is to be a sign to the world of God's love and power (John 13:35; 17:20-21). We reject any attempt to divide the Church, which is the Body of Christ, along partisan, ethnic, or national boundaries, and any message that says it is God's desire for the human family to be perpetually segregated by race, culture, or ethnicity is a rejection of the Gospel. FIVE: We are committed to the prophetic mission of the Church. We affirm that Christ's kingdom is not of this world (John 18:36), therefore the Church necessarily stands apart from earthly political powers so that it may speak prophetically to all people, the society, and governing authorities. The Church has been given a divine mission of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:18-21). First, we call everyone to be reconciled to God through the proclamation of the Gospel as we teach people everywhere to copy the way of Jesus (Matthew 28:19-20). Second, we seek to reconcile people to one another by addressing issues of justice, righteousness, and peace (Amos 5:24). We accomplish this by loving our neighbors (Mark 12:31), and by engaging our public life with humility, integrity, and a commitment to the common good as defined by our faith in Christ (Romans 12:18). We reject both the call for the Church to withdraw from societal issues out of fear of political contamination, as well as any attempt to distort the Church into a mere vehicle of political or social power. SIX: We value every person as created in God's image. We affirm that all people bear God's image and possess inherent and infinite worth (Genesis 1:27). Jesus bestowed dignity upon those his culture devalued, and he taught us that our love, like God's, must extend even to our enemies (Matthew 5:43-48). Our faith in Christ, therefore, compels us to act with love and mercy toward all from the very beginning of life to the very end, and honor everyone as an image-bearer of God regardless of age, ability, identity, political beliefs, or affiliations (John 13:34-35). We commit ourselves to advocate for the value of everyone our society harms or ignores. We reject any messages that employ dehumanizing rhetoric, that attempt to restrict who is worthy of God's love, or that impose limitations on the command to "love your neighbor" that Christ himself removed. SEVEN: We recognize godly leaders by their character. We affirm that the character of both our political and spiritual leaders matter. Within the Church, we seek to follow spiritual leaders those who display evidence of the Holy Spirit-love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23). Jesus warned us to be on guard against false teachers who come as wolves in sheep's clothing (Matthew 7:15). These voices will tempt us with flattery, bad doctrine, and messages we want to hear (2 Timothy 4:3). They serve the false idols of power, wealth, and strength rather than the true God. Outside the Church, we will evaluate leaders based on their actions and the fruit of their character and not merely their promises or political success (Matthew 7:15-20). When any leader claims to have God's approval, whether in the Church or in politics, we will not confuse effectiveness for faithfulness, but carefully discern who is truly from God (1 John 4:1). We reject the lie that a leader's power, popularity, or political effectiveness is confirmation of God's favor, or that Christians are permitted to ignore the teachings of Christ to protect themselves with worldly power. Conclusion We stand united in our confession of faith in Jesus Christ, resolved to uphold the truth of the Gospel in the face of political pressure and cultural shifts. We commit to being a light in the world (Matthew 5:14-16), and faithful witnesses to the transforming power of Christ's love. We pray that God’s Spirit will revive our Church and strengthen Christ's people to be agents of his presence and blessing in this turbulent age. To him who is able to keep us from stumbling and to present us before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy- to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen. (Jude 1:24-25)

@@BenjaminSaffold This will be my last response to you. I don't know what confession that is. I follow the Westminster Confession of Faith and The Three Forms of Unity. All division is not bad, for example, when Jesus said he would bring division (Matt. 10:34-36). The point of the video is that both parties aren't ideal but to say they are equal is just wrong. They are not neutral. The Democratic party is blatantly against biblical teachings with the promotion of abortion, the LGBT agenda, and not punishing evil doers (which is the responsibility of the government according to Romans 13). That is not to say that Republican party is the perfect party that represents biblical teaching either. We're just saying it's better than the alternative. You are either ignorant of these facts or you are intentionally trying to manipulate like you accused us of doing. If it is the latter, I encourage you to repent.

@@theaaronrunningpodcast Thank you for letting me know that that was your last response. I will make this mine. It appears that the only that we can agree upon is that we see each other as polar opposites in this issue. You see virtue in one side over the other and I see them both as two wings on the same empirical bird. Disagreements are to be expected, those who love each other included. It is not the responsibility of government where we are at odds. It our position as kingdom over empire. This is why I keep Romans 12 in mind as a preceding passage as I read Romans 13. Any hope in government outside of the preeminence of the rule of Christ alone is simply confidence in the flesh. Aligning with those outside of Christ and against your brothers and sisters is simply dividing Christ. You don't get that privilege. I don't get that privilege. Brian doesn't get that privilege. We were bought with a price. We don't have a say in who belongs to Christ and who doesn't. In Scripture, disciples argue and apostles separate. But no one among decides who belongs to Christ along political line. Your confession is not a political one. Nor is mine. Saying so doesn't make it so. I trust your judgment on the subject of repentance as much as you trust mine 😊 Let's take the advice of Philippians 3:15 and let God reveal it to us directly by His Spirit. AMEN. Thanks for reading my response. I love you!

Christians should avoid politics. You're not mentally equipped to cope with master deceivers like Trump. You are a target, a prize to be captured because your influence is substantial and you are naturally trusting which makes you gullible. Whether true or not (and I think it's true) Trump believes he controls how you think. Now he can use you to terrorize any Republicans who step out of his favor. Abortion may be terrible but voting for Trump is no solution. Find a worthy candidate for 2028.

Attraction vs arousal vs desire all separate. A lot of times Jared Moore speaks on attractions as desires but it’s all separate. Attraction is the initial PULL that magnetic feeling you feel towards someone or something now to make that attraction a sexual attraction one must be stimulated (arousal, turned on) by the person. In then that arousal response can of course set off desire to act in those sexual feelings. All different. So attraction an alone is just being drawn to something or someone doesn’t all mean it’s sexual.. but of course like anything your drawn too or feel strong attraction towards something or someone that could produce feelings. Doesn’t mean it always will produce feelings but of course it can. Sexual attractions is really a man or a woman stimulating sexual response in you. That’s all it is . It’s the direction to whom you feel turned on by.

It's interesting that you would have someone who claims to know what a preterist belief is, and would say something like, "preterist's believe that the great tribulation, antichrist, mark of the beast were all fulfilled in 70AD. A preterist believes that John was a fellow partaker in the tribulation which lasted after the death of Christ until the destruction of the temple in 70AD. As far as antichrist, mark of the beast, physical resurrection, and the rest of those creedal claims, which were implemented by fallible non-inspired words of men and not Biblical. There is no teaching in the New Testament that the second coming takes place outside of the first century. As a Bible scholar, it would be nice to have at least one.

Part 2/2 For a "Pre-trib" Rapture to be true we have to first determine when the "7yr tribulation" begins. In Revelation we see 21 events - 7 Seals, 7 Trumpets, and 7 bowls. Rev 6- 6/7 Seals are broken 1,2,3,4,5,6 in numerical order, Rev 8:1 7th Seal. After the 7th Seal Rev 8:7 the first Trumpet is blown. Chapters 8-9 Trumpets 1,2,3,4,5,6 are blown in numerical order and in Revelation 11:15 the 7th Trumpet. In between the 6th Trumpet in Rev 9 and the 7th in Rev 11:15 we have Revelarion 11:3-7. Here's what early Christians wrote. Hippolytus (170-235 AD) wrote a 67 section/ chapter writing called "The Antichrist - a Treatise on Christ and Antichrist" "Now Daniel will set forth this subject to us. For he says, “And one week will make a covenant with many, and it shall be that in the midst of the week my sacrifice and oblation shall cease.” Daniel 9:27 By one week, therefore, he meant the last week which is to be at the end of the whole world, of which week the two prophets Enoch and Elias will take up the half. For they will preach 1,260 days clothed in sackcloth, proclaiming repentance to the people and to all the nations." ...For John says, “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.” Revelation 11:3 That is the half of the week that Daniel spoke about. “These are the two olive trees and the two candlesticks standing before the Lord of the earth. And if any man will hurt them, fire will proceed out of their mouth, and devour their enemies; and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy; and have power over waters, to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues as often as they will.” Revelation 11:4-6 And when they shall have finished their course and their testimony, what does the prophet say? “the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them,” Revelation 11:7 because they will not give glory to Antichrist. For this is meant by the little horn that grows up. He, being now elated in heart, begins to exalt himself, and to glorify himself as God, persecuting the saints and blaspheming Christ, even as Daniel says, “I considered the horns, and, behold, in the horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things; and he opened his mouth to blaspheme God. And that born made war against the saints, and prevailed against them until the beast was slain, and perished, and his body was given to be burned.” Daniel 7:8 For John says, “And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.” Revelation 11:3 That is the half of the week that Daniel spoke about. (half of the week if 3 years and 6 months or 3.5 years) Irenaeus (about 180 AD) wrote his 5 volume work called “Against Heresies” “In 2 Thessalonians, the ‘falling away’ is an apostasy and there will be a literal rebuilt temple. In Matthew, the ‘abomination spoken by Daniel’ is the Antichrist sitting in the temple as if he were Christ. The abomination will start in the middle of Daniel’s 70th week and last for a literal three years and six months. The little horn is the Antichrist. Against Heresies 5.25 (Plus 3.5 years here = 7 years. The 7 years begin in Revelation 11:3 in between Trumpet 6 and 7. Now in Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. 1 Thessalonians 5: 8 But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. 9 For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.11 Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing. John 3:36 36 He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.” (this implies that if you have the Son the wrath of GOD does NOT abide on you). So if by the blood of Jesus we are spared from GOD's Wrath does Scripture tell us when His wrath comes? Yes it does. Revelation 6:15-17 the 6th Seal which is before the 6th Trumpet in Rev 9 which is before the 7 years begins in Rev 11:3-7. Rev 6: 15 And the kings of the earth, the great men, the rich men, the commanders, the mighty men, every slave and every free man, hid themselves in the caves and in the rocks of the mountains, 16 and said to the mountains and rocks, “Fall on us and hide us from the face of Him who sits on the throne and from the wrath of the Lamb! 17 For the great day of His wrath has come, and who is able to stand?” Now I may be wrong but I believe that the Pre trib or Pre 7 years Rapture of Christians is biblical. Now imagine GOD sees all the sin going on inside and outside of the Church and one day says “enough” He is going to send judgment but we the Righteous are here. So He removes us and then there are no righteous on the earth and His judgment comes and out of that more people are saved. Then in Rev 11 we see the 2 witnesses ascend and then it says 17 saying: “We give You thanks, O Lord God Almighty, The One who is and who was and who is to come, Because You have taken Your great power and reigned. 18 The nations were angry, and Your wrath has come,…” But we also see it in Rev 16:1 Then I heard a loud voice from the temple saying to the seven angels, “Go and pour out the bowls of the wrath of God on the earth.” So what if the LORD Raptures us His church then His judgment and wrath come, the unsaved become saved, and then when the 2 witnesses are ascended the LORD takes the new Christians with Him. Then more wrath comes and then there is one more “raptures” at the end of the 7 years. The whole purpose of Eschatology and Bible prophecy is for people to come to believe. John 13:19 "Now I tell you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe that I am." We already believe. We are already covered with the blood of Jesus. For His judgment to come the righteous need to be removed first. I think this is what Paul is talking about in 2 Thess 2: Do you not remember that when I was still with you I told you these things? 6 And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. 7 For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. 8 And then the lawless one will be revealed," In Genesis 18 the righteous were the restrainer to GOD's wrath and judgment. For the sake of 10 righteous He would not destroy the cities. Once the righteous (I think the restrainer) us with the Holy Spirit are caught up to Heaven there is no restrainer and His judgment comes. It says then the Lawless one will be revealed. Who is the Lawless one? 3b "...and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he takes his seat in the temple of God, displaying himself as being God." The Antichrist. the False Messiah. Who will be the Antichrist? Well there will be a few False Messiahs. Islam, and the Jewish messiah. Islam is destroyed in Ezekiel 38, 39, and in Revelation 6. And the GOD of Israel is revealed. So the final Antichrist is the one whom the Jews anoint as their long-awaited Messiah. www.israeltoday.co.il/read/israeli-rabbi-says-hes-already-holding-meetings-with-messiah/ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4TyoqMx2Yc8.html Here's my video on the profile of the Antichrist. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-PaJ6roIcVQc.html I hope this helps. Part 1/2 I like Joel and there are a number of things we agree on but he makes some critical mistakes which we all do. If you are interested I know I have written an essay here but I hope if you take a few minutes to read it, it can hopefully help. One of the things that frustrates me as a teacher of Eschatology for over 30 years is that Christians never really learn the context of this topic. They try to put pieces together without really understanding each aspect well. GOD will unfold the future ONLY 1 way. There aren't 5 ways or 10 ways there is 1 way as we don't live in a multiverse. That means that either all of our views are wrong or only 1 is correct. If 1 is correct the other are lies. So test the lies. What is also frustrating is that we have so many terms and each term has its own pro's and cons that it becomes confusing very quickly. I won't go into the framework of Scripture which is 7000 years from Genesis 1-Revelation 21 (as Rev 22 we enter eternity) but the Bible is a framework of 6000 years (6 days in Heaven) from Adam to the 2nd Coming where the age of mankind's dominion ends and the LORD's reign is 1000 years (or 1 day in Heaven) = 7 days or 7000 years. So why is this topic important? Matthew 16:1-4 Jesus rebukes the Pharisees for not knowing the time of His appearing. The view of Premillennialism can be established in Genesis 1-3, Exodus 20. We also have a number of ancient resources that show this biblical worldview has been taught for a very long time. Some believe because of the Dead Ses Scroll caves have calendars from the Zadok Priests mentioned in 1 Chronicles and 1 Kings that the teaching could be about 3000 years old for Premillennialism. As I said I believe we can establish this view between Genesis and Exodus. But Scripture basically gives us the history Year 1 Adam and Eve, Genesis 5:5 Adam dies at age 930. We see the Genealogies in Gen 5,10 show us Abraham lived in year 2000. David about 970 BC or year 3000 +1000 years = Jesus Crucifixion at year 4000. Now some claim 70AD was year 4000. + 2000 years = 6000 years we have a window 2032-2070AD for year 6000. Early Christian writings. Barnabas, AD First Century “Therefore, children, in six days, or in six thousand years, all the prophecies will be fulfilled. Then it says, ‘He rested on the seventh day.’ This signifies at the Second Coming of our Lord Jesus, He will destroy the Antichrist, judge the ungodly, and change the sun, moon, and stars. Then He will truly rest during the Millennial reign, which is the seventh day.” Epistle of Barnabas 15:7-9 Irenaeus 180 AD For in as many days as this world was made, in so many thousand years shall it be concluded. And for this reason the Scripture says: "Thus the heaven and the earth were finished, and all their adornment. And God brought to a conclusion upon the sixth day the works that He had made; and God rested upon the seventh day from all His works."(6) This is an account of the things formerly created, as also it is a prophecy of what is to come. For the day of the Lord is as a thousand years;(7) and in six days created things were completed: it is evident, therefore, that they will come to an end at the sixth thousand year. Against Heresies 5:28 and others. So as we approach this window in our history we need to remember that it doesn't matter what I believe will happen or what Joel believes the LORD will unfold the future His way. All can do is share how I understand Scripture. So let's talk about the Rapture. First Joel makes a few errors Acts 1 is not about the 2nd Coming which I will show here, and Irenaeus did NOT believe the Rapture was at the 2nd Coming. I will also show why The Rapture is Pre trib and has to be and how we know this as early as Genesis. Also, Joel like many other Christians confuse Matthew 24 with the Church when there are multiple references to Jews that have no ties to Christians. Here I have stopped at the 33-minute mark because Joel is getting a lot wrong here. So if I cover stuff he covers later please forgive me. First, what is the Rapture? The word Rapture is an English word that comes from the Latin Vulgate "Rapturo" which comes from the Greek word Harpazo which means to be caught up by force. The picture I use is a parent snatching their child with force out of the street out of the way of a car. It's out of a deep love but a violent rapid motion of catching up by force. The difference between an Ascension and the Rapture is simply the speed in which it occurs. So when we read in Rev 11:11 Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them (the 2 witnesses), and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. 12 And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, “Come up here.” And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them." I believe Believers up to this point may also be ascended or "raptured" (notice the speed, the world sees them go up) here but it's not the first one. There are 2 specific events in Scripture that are easily confused but they are distinct. John 14:1-6 “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. 2 In My Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know.” 5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Jesus clearly says "I go to prepare a place for you. (in Heaven) 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also" and He is talking to believers: 5 Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” 6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. This is NOT the 2nd Coming because Zechariah 14 tells us in verses 3-4, 16-18 3 Then the Lord will go forth And fight against those nations, As He fights in the day of battle. 4 And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east. And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two, From east to west,...16 And it shall come to pass that everyone who is left of all the nations which came against Jerusalem shall go up from year to year to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, and to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. 17 And it shall be that whichever of the families of the earth do not come up to Jerusalem to worship the King, the Lord of hosts, on them there will be no rain. 18 If the family of Egypt will not come up and enter in, they shall have no rain; they shall receive the plague with which the Lord strikes the nations who do not come up to keep the Feast of Tabernacles. Clearly, these are 2 separate and distinct events. In Acts 1:9-11 9 Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up, and a cloud received Him out of their sight. 10 And while they looked steadfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel, 11 who also said, “Men of Galilee, why do you stand gazing up into heaven? This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” "This same Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will so come in like manner as you saw Him go into heaven.” " IN LIKE MANNER" Now let's compare this to Revelation 19:11-16 Is Rev 19:11-16 IN LIKE MANNER to Acts 1? No. Did the whole world see Jesus Ascend? No just His disciples. Did Jesus ascend on a White Horse? No. Jesus's 2nd Coming is not in like manner to Acts 1 so when does Acts 1 happen? See Christians in their eschatology need to account for both events. Why does the rapture of the Church occur? Genesis 18: 17 And the Lord said, “Shall I hide from Abraham what I am doing, 18 since Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? 19 For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the Lord, to do righteousness and justice, that the Lord may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him....23 And Abraham came near and said, “Would You also destroy the righteous with the wicked? 24 Suppose there were fifty righteous within the city; would You also destroy the place and not spare it for the fifty righteous that were in it? 25 Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” 26 So the Lord said, “If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.” The LORD agrees and Abraham negotiates it down to 10 righteous. And He said, “I will not destroy it for the sake of ten.” For all of Sodom and Gomorrahs sins Abraham pleaded it to be spared and the LORD agreed if there were 10 righteous. Now we know there weren't 10 righteous so GOD removed the righteous and judgment came. Since Eschatology is about the whole world and there are Christians imputed with the LORD's righteousness through the blood of Jesus Genesis 18 applies to us. How will the LORD judge the whole world with judgments if we the righteous are still here? How is that just? I want you to think about this concept as being a staple throughout the final stages before the LORD's return. To see if there may be more than 1 "Rapture"/Ascension of Christians. Think about this concept as a rinse-and-repeat event. (don't worry this will make sense soon). (continued in Part 2)

I am not Premil because it renders the apostle John and also Jesus as false prophets since Christ’s coming had to occur in the first century to satisfy their many time statements! Christ repeatedly threatened unfaithful Israel and he came on them in judgement in the first century just like he and John prophesied to, PERIOD!!!!!!!!!! The bible prophesied what was literally going to occur TO ISRAEL for breaking His covenant that was exclusive to THEM! It applies to us today in principal only because we also need to meet the terms of a marriage covenant albeit a better one! Certainly nations today are judged for their faithfulness or lack thereof, which affects their citizens, and individuals are held accountable for believing and acknowledging WHAT IS! Our worship is in spirit in the New Covenant and our trials and tribulations are spiritual warfare unlike Israel whom experienced physical acts of worship and physical warfare against them. Their covenant and form of worship and all events ONLY REPRESENTED WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO US SPIRITUALLY!

Since a woman could be a pastor in the Old Covenant, a woman can be a pastor in the New Covenant. Simple really. I suggest my short and free scripturally-based essay on Deborah. Men and women are perfectly equal spiritually. She was a pastor, according to the scriptures. This is how the Judges are described in Chronicles, by God. In all places where I have walked with all Israel, have I spoken a word with any of the judges of Israel, whom I commanded to shepherd My people, saying, ‘Why have you not built Me a house of cedar?’ -excerpt 1 Chronicles 17 verse 6 NASB translation A woman could only be given the authority by God to execute a man for his sin, if women are spiritually equal to men. A Judge could judge homicide cases according to Deuteronomy. Therefore Deborah, as a Judge, could execute a man for his sin. A Judge's verdict could not be altered or appealed.

God is sovereign over everything, but the fight is not between God and Satan, but between Man and Satan, for God put the emnity between the woman and the devil and between her seed and the seed of the devil. So satan can legitimately face God and accuse the believers as the story of Job says, but can't stand the name of Jesus (which is a human name) and the fear he has for Jesus is the same for Mary his mother as God promised in the garden.

the queen of heaven in jeremiah is a pagan goddess. israel and rome both love their gods an goddesses. the C.C. makes mary into such, tho they deny it as they continue to worship her. the queen of heaven reference for them, the C.C., is revelation 12, the sign of a woman with a garland of twelve stars, which they say is mary, with a crown, thus queen. one of their rosary prayers goes like this: hail queen of heaven, my HOPE, my sweetness, my LIFE... but no, they don't worship mary. go figure. one of their young apologists says that mary defeated satan, and **that our salvation hinges on believing the catholic dogma's about mary**

Simple, Satan represent pride and he is a Angel. otherwise Mary is the most humble person ever existed and She is a human, obviously God created both Satan and virgin mary, so for Satan she is his opposite, she is the perfect vessel through Jesus could come to this world. because again She is the definition of humility, which is the oposite of pride. in reality the message of Jesus is to become again a inocent child and only in this way God will give us his grace, it is not because of our faith, but rather his glory grace. we all are sinner, if you ask me we are not near to Satan than to Mary. that's why we need Jesus to pay your debts, and how again by the power of love of the son of the man and the son of the God..

Mary Queen of Heaven is from ISIS Cult. The supreme mother of the universe. She is loving, wise, courageous and sacrifices herself and her family for the benefit of mankind. In modern Christian culture, this description fits the Holy Mother, the Virgin Mary, but three thousand years ago and longer, this description also fit the most powerful Egyptian goddess, Isis. At first glance, it appears to be nothing more than a religious coincidence but there is also the possibility that they are the same entity altered by man to fit cultural needs. It is my belief that all religions are fundamentally based on the same principles and there should therefore not be any fighting or wars over the mundane differences. The mundane differences are, in fact, corruptions man has brought into the purity of universal spirituality. Peeling back the layers of muck and filth that man has covered over in the truth of the afterlife allows one to realize bigger possibilities. There are a lot of similarities between the lives of Mary and Isis. I, for one, do not feel that this is a coincidence. Since ancient Egyptian religion is much older than Christianity, it might be possible that Christians borrowed and adapted the ancient stories to make them more “user friendly” in their contemporary times. I believe we can trace the beginning of life on Earth and the truth of the afterlife by treating every religion like a map, one leading into another until you get to the beginning, instead of allowing the different faiths to fight each other. All religions are valid. All religions are true. Stripping away what man has done to the afterlife will create a clear vision into our history as souls. I began to recognize this larger philosophy about thirteen years ago when I found myself pulling away from the restrictions of Christianity into the freedom of older Earth-based religions, Egyptian included. I noticed right away that Mary and Isis are presented in very similar ways. Here are some of them. Isis was the most prominent female figure in ancient Egyptian religion. Mary is the most important female figure in Christianity. Isis had a son named Horus. Mary had a son named Jesus. When Horus was born, his father, Osirus, was already dead, which is very much like the birth of Jesus, fathered by the Holy Ghost. Both Isis and Mary are depicted in art as being maternal and holding their infant deities. Isis protected Horus from an evil uncle, which was much like Mary protecting Jesus from King Herod. Both Isis and Mary have primary roles in their respective religious movements as the eternal mother. “Lady of Light” is a title given to both Mary and Isis. The infant Horus was born as the god of light for Egypt, while Jesus is known as the light of the world. Isis has a solar disk of light over her head and Mary has a halo of light above her head. The brief research yielding eight parallels between these two holy figures reaches beyond coincidence. I do not believe this is a case of reincarnation, unless I believe that the story of Mary being a human woman here on Earth was a literal event. I believe that this holy entity - this female companion to the male holy entity - is a continuous celestial being existing in the afterlife and she has gone through several names due to cultural changes in the world. She could have taken human form as Mary for a short time to produce Jesus for the world, or the Mary and Jesus story could have happened in the afterlife like it did with Isis and Horus. It could also simply be one spiritual event, meaning it happened once but the Egyptians altered the story to fit them and the Hebrews altered the story to fit them. I don’t know. I wasn’t there to see Jesus or Horus or that one deity being born. For all we know, the Savior’s real name isn’t even Jesus or Horus. I took my theory beyond Isis and Mary and I looked into other cultures throughout history. Look at this list. Aphrodite - Greek Goddess of Love and Beauty Artemis - Greek Goddess of Hunting and Vegetation Athena - Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War Ceres - Roman Goddess of Agriculture Demeter - Greek Goddess of Agriculture Devi - Hindu Goddess of Existence Diana - Roman Goddess of Hunting Durga - Hindu Goddess that Destroys Demons Gaia - Greek Goddess as Mother Earth Ha Hai-i Wuhti - Hopi Divine Mother Hecate - Greek Goddess of Magic Ishtar - Babylonian Goddess of War Isis - Egyptian Goddess Juno - Roman Goddess of Women Kali - Hindu Goddess of Liberation Kuan Yin - Buddhist Goddess of Compassion Lakshmi - Hindu Goddess of Prosperity Minerva - Roman Goddess of Arts Mother Mary - Christian Goddess of Compassion Persephone - Greek Goddess of the Underworld Sarasvati - Hindu Goddess of Knowledge and Arts Shakti - Hindu Goddess of Primal Energy Tara - Tibetan Goddess of Compassion Venus - Roman Goddess of Love and Beauty Are these all different powerful female entities hanging out together in the afterlife? Or is it possible that these are all different names for the same powerful female entity that has existed since the beginning of time with the same powerful male entity with different historical names? Christians will likely argue that Mary isn’t a goddess and that means the theory is null and void. The thing is, Christianity, especially Catholicism, functions a lot like Paganism but with different words. Each saint has a different purpose and different name just like the myriad of Pagan deities and we as Christians often call upon those different saints just like Pagans call on their different deities. Whether entities are called angels, demons, saints, gods or goddesses, they are still beings in the afterlife who either never incarnated as human or no longer incarnate as human. We have all called upon these beings throughout history. Christian, Catholic, Muslim, Wiccan, Druid, Egyptian magic, Buddhist, Pagan, etc. I believe that they all go back to the same beings that have been looking out for us, helping us, hurting us, etc., since the beginning of time. God exists. Mary exists. Jesus exists. Dozens of others exist with them. They’ve all simply changed and evolved in the eyes of mankind as mankind has changed and evolved. For that reason, hating someone else’s religion is the same as hating your own.

I feel sad to read how confused you are. “All religions are equally true” Is like saying all answers to a question of 2+2 are all equally true or all suspects for a crime are equally guilty How can the mythicism, polytheism or pantheism you posit be correct when you can plainly see that the fabric of nature does not contradict itself? Only one supreme transcendental intelligence can establish the fundamental basis of truth and reality, you can’t have multiple fundamental bases of reality simultaneously contradicting each other with all-powerful opposing wills. The “pagan huperparalleism” argument when applied to Christianity has been annihilated by InspiringPhilosophy. You claim Isis is “lord of light” but there is nothing on that title, so it’s apparent you are acting in bad faith to choose your own truth with your own supposed rational mind. Instead you list a bunch of pagan gods as of that means anything, Any cult can fabricate a this or that God and form a couple idols, this in no way means that it inspired the “myth” of Christianity, which literally nobody of any academic prominence asserts is anything less than historical fact. Please provide evidence of a causal historical relationship amongst the copypasta of Roman gods you listed as if that proves anything

Satan fears Mary more but in a certain specific sense - the fact that she is a 'mere human' but elevated in power and sanctity to rival and quite possibly surpass even the angels themselves. She said yes and agreed to willingly become the Mother of God - and, by so doing, also became the Mother of all humanity. Satan is thoroughly and utterly confounded and derailed by this simple fact, and cannot overcome it.

To be beaten by God is buisiness as usual, but to be beaten by a woman is more humiliating. Therefore, he's more afraid to be humilated by Mary than by God himself. I don’t think you are intentionally doing this, but you are not responding to what they are saying. This is not a claim of Mary’s power over God, it’s a a Christological claim about Jesus. I do see how an earnest person who is not particularly experienced in speaking with Catholic lingo could miss these things as their conversation does not explain the theological claims it presupposes. Sometimes I say that Catholics and Protestants speak a different language of faith and often confuse each other into thinking that they think the other days something they don’t actually say. As to where we get the term “Queen of Heaven”, there are a few ways we get to that claim. First off, in the Old Testament it was not the wife of a king who was called queen, it was his mother who had that title. This can be seen in 2 Kings 10:13 and Jeremiah 13:18. Therefore, according to this custom, if Christ is king then Mary would be his queen mother. Another way this is Biblical is seen in Revelation 12 where we see Mary wearing a crown in the heavens. Fradd also referred to her as the New Eve and we see this in how Mary is referred to here as woman, the same way Eve was. We see Jesus likewise called the New Adam in Romans 5:12-21 and 1 Corinthians 15:22. So, with Jesus being the New Adam we see the New Eve in Revelation, Mary.

There's one big issue with the bunch of verses you just threw to justify Mary - That is none of those verses named Mary. In fact, there is not one verse in the bible where you are to venerate Mary as having a status greater than or equal to Christ. You also can't say that because Christ is King then Mary is queen because Christ was before Mary. You can't even compare this to Jesus in the old testament because the title Jesus carried was revealed by Himself and The Father in the new testament.

@lisan_al-ghaib thank you for this reply, and thoughtfully and respectfully engaging @conservativecatholic9030’s reply. Three quick points to respond to your questions, which it seems you made in good faith but you don’t have full context: • Generally typology, especially Old Testament typology, does not specifically name the subject it is pointing forward to; a few examples of many: Abraham and Isaac as the Father and Jesus, Isaac walking his wood up the hill to be sacrificed [Gen 22, 6 and following]; the Temple itself with Moses’ design revealing the Father (ark; Ex 25:10-23), Son (showbread; Ex 25:23-30), and Spirit (menorah/fire, Ex 25:31-40) [with more in Ex 26-27]; Solomon and Bathsheba as King and Queen (the Queen as mother of the king in those days) and the honor he paid his mother [1 Kings 2:19]; etc. • Also, yes, there isn’t any Adoration of Mary (Adoration is just for God). But yes veneration (lesser in order by far) for Mary, following the example of the Angel Gabriel [“Hail, full of grace”, Luke 1:28]; Elizabeth [“Mother of my Lord”, Luke 1:43]; God himself [Rev 11:19-12:18]; and specifically Jesus himself [John 2:1-11; Luke 2:51]. • And also, yes, God was before time and before Mary. But that doesn’t mean Mary isn’t the Mother of God, any different from how your and my mothers are the mother of our entire being and not just specifically our human nature. We say, “here is Sally, who is the mother of Jim”; not “here is Sally, the mother of Jim’s human nature, but not his soul or spiritual nature; God made Jim’s soul before Sally existed.” Rather we understand that Sally is truly the mother of Jim (all of him), while God created him (allowing Sally to be a participant). Likewise, Mary is Jesus’ mother; so she is Mother of God, or Theotokos; and following the cultural understanding (at the time of Jesus), with the Queen being the mother of the King, and knowing Jesus is King, Mary is Queen. The Scriptural typology, while not specifically naming Mary, supports this in a similar manner to how it also points forward to Jesus without specifically naming him.
@conservativecatholic9030
@conservativecatholic9030 3 месяца назад
@@lisan_al-ghaib I don’t think this is an especially relevant reply, and reflects that you’re not engaging with the points in any discernible way. I have a few responses. 1) I don’t need to find a verse that venerates Mary as “having a status that is greater than or equal to Mary.” I do not need to defend that position because it is neither my position nor is it the position of the Catholic Church. Mary is subordinate to God. 2) I will repeat this again, the term queen roots from the Old Testament usage of the role of queen mother. In ancient Israel, the queen was the mother of the king. I gave you two citations from the Old Testament regarding this. While it is true that neither actually mention Mary, they do mention the role of queen mother. This proves that there is Biblical precedent showing that a mother of a king is a queen. @paulbevins5752 goes into some detail in this talking about how typology influences this title. He explained how meaning can be ascribed by pointing to a role without necessarily using a name. This is true all over Catholic exegesis, and is also common in certain Protestant circles of exegesis as well. 3) While I’m on the issue of mentioning Mary, the Revelation 12 passage makes it quite clear it is Mary. Not only does she wear her crown, you see a depiction of the nativity. It quite clearly depicts her giving birth to Jesus in the scene. Frankly, I think the identification is more rock solid to that being Mary, the wife of Joseph and mother of Jesus is even more strongly depicted than it would have been if the author had just said Mary. Again, in this passage Mary is wearing a crown. 4) I don’t know what you’re trying to say about comparing “this to Jesus in the Old Testament because the title Jesus carried was revealed by Himself and The Father in a New Testament”. Could you please explain that because I truly do not know how this comment relates to anything I said.

@@conservativecatholic9030 When you begin your responses with "I don’t think this is an especially relevant reply" it obviously triggers you so much that you revert to trying to disqualify any response made to you by stating something that is 100% not necessary to your argument. "I don’t need to find a verse that venerates Mary" - is the Bible not one of the most credible sources, if not the only credible source, for Christian theology? Again, trying to disqualify a response but also trying to qualify what can't be found in the bible which is venerating Mary. You mention that passage in Revelations 12 but you won't find anywhere written in the entire bible to venerate Mary or that Mary should have a status that is with God neither do you see anything about Mary towards the end of the Book of Revelations. This means that the message in 12 was just about a time where that part of the story happens. On 4, Jesus has many titles in the old testament that He Himself would confirm in the new testament establishing the connection that He is God. The only reference you can find to "Queen of Heaven" is in Jeremiah 7 which clearly does not refer to Mary as it is about idolatry - The "King of Heaven" title can be found in Daniel 4 and is a clear reference to God. What I'm saying here is that in Jeremiah 7, God is speaking and clearly referencing what a "Queen of Heaven" is while Daniel 4 is an earthly king proclaiming that there is a "King of Heaven". The title "Mother of God" should not even be allowed because Catholics believe in the Triune God - Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Saying that Mary is the "Mother of God" would denote all 3(???). That's why the bible only says Mary, mother of Jesus (Jesus' humanity and NOT His divinity - as Jesus is both God and man). You won't even find any scripture written by an Apostle using the term "Mother of God". I'd really appreciate if you can respond without taking sly jabs like "I don’t think this is an especially relevant reply" trying to discredit the person you are talking to when you clearly don't know me IRL. Keep this discussion PG and respond like an actual christian next time.

The Book of revelation tells us and a sign , came from heaven and a woman clothed with the sun with twelve stars around her head and she gives birth to the messiah. Who gave birth to the messiah???? So I don't know why you said it's not in the bible, looks like you should read your bible more. Not trying to be mean, I'm just getting tired of anti-Catholic week.Arguments. But God bless you brother.

The passage you are quoting is about Israel, not Mary.

I was also told it was Israel, the 12 stars representing the apostles. Verses in the Bible can have multiple meanings.

That is absolutely TRUE!!! Here’s why. Getting beat by God, this is a no brainer, of course you gotta beat down from God, He’s God, at least you can keep some dignity. Now, Jesus Christ sends His momma into the ring and she gives Satan the beat down via the power of God and now Satan just got a beat down by a girl, a creature, a created being weaker than Satan. That’s humiliating and that’s why Satan fears Mary more than God. Because of his pride.

@@bcalvert321 I already showed you the premise. Saint Michael the archangel is a lesser angel than Lucifer but still through Lucifer out of heaven. If you cannot figure out Lucifer’s main character flaw is pride and getting a beat down by a lesser being isn’t humiliating, I can’t help you. With God, all things are possible, 🤣

@@frekigeri4317 No you did not. Jesus gave satan the beating. When Herod came after baby Jesus, he was worried about the child, not the mother. Yes, she would have been killed also but satan was after the child. Who did satan visit after a 40-day fast? It wasn't Mary. Jesus that stomped on satan's head. Just like it says in Genesis. Jerome is the only person that says she. Why, because he and the Catholic church were fixated on Mary and not Jesus.
