Real Estate should be fun, exciting and an adventure. Whether you're buying your first, second, or just looking for that very special dream home, requires planning, preparation, and patience. It can be an overwhelming with all of the available options out there. If you're selling your property, it can be much of the same. On my channel, I will take you on a ride of discovery, and along the way, show current homes on the market, provide useful tips and help you find out what your home is really worth.
I'm a Real Estate Broker on Whidbey Island, near Seattle. I don't just sell and buy homes, I sell a complete lifestyle. And I love crazy vehicles, so each time I show a home, we will either drive, ride, sail, or fly to get to that location.
Call it just SC, or Subordinate Carrera, it will be more logical, and fair ! 76"-77" Porsche 911 Carrera 3.0L=200hp 1978 Porsche 911 SC=180hp No, the SC can't be a Super Carrera, as its declining power proves. See the 3.2L, which made 231hp when it was born in 1983, was christened Carrera. The SC was the 911 that was to disappear in favor of front-engined Porsches. 😉
Do you know where we can buy the door handles…. My car I gave it to my daughter and of course she hasn’t been as careful as I was.. so now the handles are broken 😠. I ordered a pair and even though it said 2007 solara… they were not unfortunately. M husband later found out that you have to replace the whole panel door which was very surprising and disappointing 😢…. Any advise you can give us will be really appreciated 🙏🙏
I think the hype around the aircooled 911 is just too much! Don’t get me wrong, they are good cars but in the meantime far too expensive! I bought a 997 with 213.000 km on the clock thinking the engine must be about to blow up. However, wenn I took it to the Specialist they said that the condition of the engine was not perfect but still good but the suspension was gone. So I had the suspension overhauled. Last year I thought the engine had eventually gone, but is was only a camshaft adjuster, which is still an engine out job. I am very happy with my 997! I change the Oil every year using an oil which has additives for the Locasil coating and hope the engine goes on „forever“😀!
The Chevy Camaro production will cease in the 2024 year ending a 60 year cycle for one of the most iconic cars ever to be on the road. Thankfully there are many old snd new to still enjoy.
You need to hang off the bike when turning at road speeds. You hang off to the inside of the bike, so right side when turning right, left side when turning left. Move those hips! The Yellow Book, the manual for riding a sidecar, is a great source of tips and techniques.- As Ural rider of about 75,000 klicks, I love to say “once you go hack, you’ll never go back.” 😃
100% correct. Just recently bought an Absolute Red 2007 Toyota Solara V6 SLE convertible. I wanted a sport trim, but I could only find SE and SLE. Still loving the SLE, though. Everything original, including the top.
In Florida it rains all the time. Having 3 wheels stability makes riding in the rain 🌧️ less worrisome. People see the sidecar outfit more than they see a normal motorcycle. I always ride slow, enjoying the scenery, being retired l have all the time in the world 🌎.
I have had my Sportster for 25 years and 400,000 miles on the original engine and 37 back tires and 17 front ones and 3 belts in 25 years. I also have a URAL side car outfit for 5 years now that is 25 years old. Same year as my 1999 Sportster. I have had my Sportster for 25 years and 400,000 miles on the original engine and 37 back tires and 17 front ones and 3 belts in 25 years. Love both of them. Both are not fast but they sure are fun 😊.
The second Ironhead sounds awesome! It's a Beast! Well done, Bro! I have an 05 Custom, XL883/1200SE Sporty I built and an 03 FXSTS Springer Softail. :-) Peace, Stiletto :-)
The only drawback to a sidecar is when we’re getting fuel. It takes 2 minutes to fuel up, and 20 minutes to answer questions while folks take their pictures. 😂
Excellent video, but I have to disagree with you on one point. Even with a sidecar, you DO have to lean towards your turn on anything faster than a parking lot. Before I got my rig (hack), I did a huge amount of homework to find the one best suited for my riding. A HUGE requirement for me was a rig that could maintain a safe line of travel under hard braking situations (few and far between, but they DO happen). Geometry under hard braking with a sidecar rig (especially with a passenger or gear in the sidecar) changes dramatically, and not in a good way! I chose the 2 Wheel Drive Ural Gear Up for its THREE Brembo disc brakes, and Leading Link (Earl’s Fork) front suspension that prevents the front end from diving under heavy braking. My rig is NOT a good high-speed highway machine, because I hate highways! 🤬 “We may not go fast, but we can go Anywhere.” It’s my lifetime favorite motorcycle.
There are twice as many 997.1 around than 997.2. Also as long there is lingering doubt about bore scoring/legacy IMS concerns they are never going to have the premium that the 997.2 has. That beings said the great economic crisis curtailed 997.2 production which is a shame because it took care of a lot of 997.1 issues as well as introduced a better transmission (PDK vs tiptronic) option.
I love it cool ride brother keep on riding, I started riding at 14 on my dad's 58 pan I'm 65 will be 66 this July 2024 & riding a 2021 XL 1200 NS my first new Harley ever I love in the wind moments... 🏍️
That is the coolest video! Looks like you're actually flying the plane into Whidbey Airport. So informational and what a perfect landing. Very cool!! 😎👍
4:54 I would say it resembles the Ford Focus, but that’s exactly the issue I have wit the facelift model, it resembles something else than a Volvo. I keep having the feeling they put a regular C30 in the wind tunnel with the air temperature set too high.
