Thank you for this, I cried the whole time. It was the first time I really felt like a meditation helped me (i started meditation 5 days ago) and I think it changed my life.
God bless whoever authored this. The day to day struggles are so challenging and so very often overwhelming. No one to talk to that understands…some/most times, no one to talk to at all about BPD. It’s an isolated, painful, and lonely life so far.
Thank you so much, I woke up today feeling the best I ever felt in the last 6 weeks & reminded myself that especially now it is important to continue meditations - that I cannot just skip them from now on because I am in a good mood again I found your meditation & the part where you were saying that the impulsivity makes us bold & spontaneous honestly made me cry So healing
Been spiralling out for the last two days and felt like I was going to tip over the edge this morning. This meditation helped so much and allowed me to have a good day. Had a little afternoon slump, but managed to breath my way back to feeling a little normal for once and actually being fully present for the people I love ❤️ Thank you so much and love to anyone going through a hard time right now ❤️
It takes strength and courage to acknowledge pain and shame. You're on the first step to healing. It's important to remember that pain is a valid experience and you're not alone in feeling it. Many people struggle with painful and shameful truths. Remember that your experiences don't have to define you or diminish your worth. But you can grow from them. You don’t have to go through this alone. Consider reaching out to someone you trust, and above all, be kind to yourself. You deserve understanding and support, especially from yourself. The meditation was great but I felt some parts of it were sped up and moreover few moments of silence in between the talking could have been more helpful and let the feelings develop a bit better. Thank you for this meditation.
