I’d recommend The sanity mod, Overall i would search up the necessary tutorials on how to get Website mods into The quest service, Overall the Sanity mod, (Website mod) Quick weapon handling, Better Enemy health The Midevil Weapons expansion AIO spells (Webiste mod) I’d even recommend trying out other mods which make the game harder but more fun
