You need to pull down towards the bottom of your nose gently and the long part will come out. Then gently twist the curly part out and you are good. I'm trying to figure out how to put a regular bar in there lol

I did my nose too. I had the full size gun and when I pierced it it didn’t go in all the way in and had to push it in lol nose is sore but not badly. I love it though

Snip the gem off with wire cutters and let the back slide out. The jewelry is too cheap to save and you ain't ever going to wear that arrow one again.

I suggest u to cut the arrow at the end wen ur nose is completely healed up so it won’t get infected best is 3 or more months. But for some people it might be different.
